BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE... This place is a "SCAM'. Freddie is a nice guy, promises you the world, BUT, you can get a better detail at your local car wash for a third of the price... He only takes cash. Won't give you any paperwork, no receipt. He is working under the radar from the IRS... He was to clay, wax the car, detail the wheels, clean the engine and completely detail the interior for $160... When we picked up the car, he did not detail the interior, detail the wheels, clay the car, etc... He told me to bring the car back the following day at 7:00 am, and he will "personally make it right... I was there at 7:00 am and I waited until 8:15 am before anyone showed up. He told me it would be ready at 12:00 noon. I called him at 1:15 pm, and he told me to give him another 30 minutes... I showed up at 2:00 pm and he told me he needed more time... This place is a SCAM, and a joke. do yourself a favor and "stay away."

BEWARE! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! These guys are a bunch of amateurs! From the reviews I thought they would do a good job. Unfortunately that was not the case. It didnt even look like they washed my car, just gave it a wipe down. They didnt steam clean the seats or the carpet ( which I specifically asked for and was assured would be done), they broke my window, and they ruined the clear coat on my hood. That was the short version. Keep reading if you want the details. I knew it was gonna be bad news when I scheduled my appointment and the employee (Junior) took 3 days and another phone call, an hour before my appointment, to send me the address. First of all the area where they are located is in a hidden little crevice in the back of that address. If you google that address it takes you to the dealership in the front (which is a completely different business). I was promised a seat/carpet cleaning. Before I dropped the car off I specifically asked Junior to ensure that my seats/carpet would be steam cleaned. He assured me that it would taken care of. That was a straight lie he told to my face. They dont do steam cleaning there. I confronted him about it when I picked my car up and his response was "I misunderstood you. I thought you meant cleaning it with compressed air" WTF! How do you get stains out with compressed air? There go to tactic is to play stupid. As an auto detailer you should know what steam cleaning is. I was told to drop the car off and pick it up at 4. He said he would call me when the car was done. 4 comes around and no phone call. 430 and still no phone call. So I get a ride down there and my car is parked with not a soul around it. When I walk up, 2 employees rush over to my car and start wiping stuff down. So I head over to check out the job they did. It's been nearly 5 hours now. What a disappointment! These guys dont wash your car they just wipe it down. I pointed out multiple spots where it didnt even look like water had washed off the dirt. And Junior's response was "we probably forgot to wash that area". WTF! It's called an auto detail! These guys are not professional at all. This might be just a coincidence but when I dropped my car off all 4 windows were working perfectly. When I go to pick my car up one of my windows is rolled down. When I go to roll it up, it won't roll up. The strange part is when I had it checked out, the window was just unclipped from the regulator. I understand that things happen unexpectedly, but they didnt even have the courtesy to let me know about it. My car is not brand new but I just bought it. So I had been looking over it before I bought it. My hood had a few chips but nowhere near the amount of little chips after these guys "washed" my car. They lie to customers and tell them they wash the car but legally they are not allowed to wash them with water and soap unless they have a water separator. They lie to their customers about washing them and are using a chemical spray to clean them. The spots where I had chips in my hood are now completely discolored from their chemicals. I will be filing a complaint with the city. They will make the inside of your car looking nice to fool you into thinking they did a good job. Junior will lie to you and say whatever you wanna hear just to make you drop the car off and leave. After that it's on you to figure out how to deal with there mistakes. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I have been a customer of Freddy for a few years and i can ten tell that anyone that wants to get their vehicle detailed Freddy’s is the place to go, very professional work with the team of experts that they have on their shop, I’ve never had an issue with mi vehicles and i can tell you that i have brought about 100 of them. Thanks again Jr , Freddy and the rest of the team.
