Dalton Toyota dealership, in National City, CA provided me with prompt and courteous customer service in a clean and modern environment. My scheduled car maintenance was conducted quickly and correctly while I enjoyed the comfort of their lobby. The staff from arrival to departure was very professional and attentive. Even with an appointment plan to wait about 3 hours for an 85k service. They informed me they could not perform the tire rebalance because of me needing a new tire, yet the appointment still took 3 hours.

Went to this dealership to look at a truck I saw through Google. Wasim politely approached me in the parking lot. Calmly answered all my questions, brought me out a car fax, offered a test drive and then gave me an out the door price, no bs. I didn’t expect to leave with a car but, I did. They didn’t add any mandatory “protection” packages, no shipping and processing fees ect. Just price of the car and tax. Super easy & zero pressure! I’d recommend these guys to an active military. A++++!! I purchased my last vehicle through Carvana to avoid the bs. This is prolly one of the few places around the does that. Got a 2024 Tacoma with 6k miles. Easy breezy!

My experience with Daytona (Toyota) in national city miles of cars was the best experience. The staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. They gave me the best offer and I was able to trade my Honda for a better deal.
My Toyota Tacoma Sport 4x4 is beautiful… I’m so happy with my choice of truck.

My experience with Dalton Toyota has always been great. Making an appointment was easy. My service advisor Angela Jenoriki provides me every detail from inspecting the car, what needs to be done now and any future needed services. Applies my loyalty discount and making sure that I get a great quality service on my vehicle. I will definitely come back.

It's usually a hit and miss there sometimes they don't keep you waiting for more than an hour but last visit took 2 and a half hours then when my tacoma was done they didn't even let me know had to go ask
