Second best Forever 21 in San Diego. My fave is the one in Fashion valley mall it has two stories but this one is nice as well. This location is inside of plaza Bonita mall. It is on the upper level right next to the escalator. It is a pretty decent size shop with a dressing room. They had a lot of sales throughout the year. You can get an outfit from heads to toes, they sale all sorts of clothes and accessories. They offer a lot of sizes from XXS to plus sizes. I've always encounter great customer service here and they are pretty quick to check you out too.

Everyone that works at this location is rude and lazy, including the manager. They laugh and talk about customers while they’re still in the store, and if you try to get assistance beyond the cash register they won’t come over to help you.

Jackie and Alex are amazing they helped me around the floor and were so helpful and attentive this store is always so organized and those workers gave me the best experience which is rare now a days cute styles as well

Yes, they are still rude here. I know that they are supposed to be super busy and that rude is the "trendy way to interact now" but it's very clear that this location is not interested in my money. I have gone back several times to check the temperature of the store clerks and each time we get the same rude service. If you don't like your job, you should quit. If you are at a customer and public facing job, you really should put in the effort to provide good customer service. From the unwillingness to get a item of clothing down from the rafters with the tool that they have, to the rude comments made when I ask if there are any more L or XL sizes of a popular dress, the conduct is horrible and "No Thank You!" We will not shop here again, ever. That seems to be the message that we are receiving. Got it, noted, done, you win!

Ordered a shirt for Convenient Order pick up on Tuesday 9/05/2023. Order slip was misplaced and order was completed until Friday 09/08/2023. I needed the shirt for Thursday. When I came back from vacation, I went to the store to pick up and they closed down the Order Pick up Register. Made me wait in a line for 25 minutes, just to pick up a shirt that should have been ready 8 days earlier. Complete failure in service expectation. Would not recommend placing order at this location with out following up with ayote staff every step of the way. Fashion Valley fulfilled my other 3 orders same day. 09/05/2023

Never ever, ever shopping here again. The girls that work there have no decorum for others. Especially one that was working the fitting room. They laugh at customers when trying on clothes and making fun of them. I will never buy anything from there again.

For me, it's not the worst. It's not spectacular but I like it. I take in consideration that malls are having a tough time right now. Keeping employees is also difficult. Even with minimum wage going up, how many people can live here on the pay unless they have family. However, work ethic follows you. With that said, I have always been greeted at this location. Even if it's just a hi. It's always a very busy store so salespeople are always rushing around. Once inside shopping, my teenage daughter will always find something. I will also find a add-on piece of clothing as well. Whether it's a cute jacket for work, funky belt or a fun pair of jeans..I will find it. The best part is the price. Reasonable compared to department stores. Now the checkout line has always been long at this location, so give yourself time in case you plan on going during work hours. However, you will have many items to look at on your way out. We are always grabbing a cute pair of socks, makeup sponges or fingernail polish that will add another $3-$10 at checkout. I am sure that's the idea! Overall, I would give it a grade of C+ which would be about 3.5 stars. I want malls/stores to stay open. I love getting out and shopping. Also, What can I say? I guess I will always want to be 21 forever.

No signs posted and tags on all these items say $15! Get to the register oh no only $15 each if you buy two. So I ask to speak to a manager couldn’t see her name tag but whoever was working 12-11-21 around 8:30pm short over weight Hispanic lady very rude comes over stating “No only $15 when you buy two. That’s what all the sings say also.”I let her no there are no signs posted at all. That even the tag on the items state $15 door Buster. She continues on very rude no I see they say that but it’s wrong it’s buy two get them $15 each. She wouldn’t honor the price on the tag. Said you should really read the signs posted. As you can see there are no signs. She was beyond unprofessional rude and I don’t know how or why she’s a manager but they really need to have someone train this woman. Or better yet get rid of her all together.
