Came in to drop off a return through Fedex. Their label printer wasn't working. Imagine if I had taken the bus here and how annoying it would have been to hear, "I'm sorry maybe you can try somewhere else"

Worst customer service. I asked if I could do overnight shipping and cashier said, “I don’t know, check the front if they have picked up the mail today.” I checked with front register cashier and she said, “I don’t know if they have come.” I’ll take my business to UPS.
