I took my necklace in to have a new chain put on that was on May 3. The owner told us give him 2 days and he would call me. May 21 no phone call nothing. I called left several messages with no response. Finally I got a hold of him thru FB messenger. He said he had a death in the family had to leave and didn't have time to notify his customers. He could have changed his message on his store phone from wherever he was. After finally getting in touch with him we set up a time

Completely trustworthy! We took in a charm bracelet that needed 2 years worth of charms silver soldered into it. We hadn't found anyone who would do it for a reasonable amount, and in a reasonable time, who had a good reputation (trusting someone with a piece with such sentimental value was not easy). This wonderful family business not only did the work for less than we'd ever paid, they did all the work in a day, and the quality of the work was amazing! That said, the warmth in the way they treated us touched us even more than their superior work. We weren't family, and we weren't friends, but they treated us like we were, and we sure are now!
