Called to inquire about my order placed 12days ago.Spoke to John Paul & he must have had a bad Monday morning..He claims no payment was received, but my bank shows debit 12 days ago. I tried emailing 2x when domain was invalid.He went on with a horrible sarcastic attitude.. overall he was very rude.I offered to show my bank statement to clarify the payment.. HHe then claimed he was shipping my order & adding a few extra of the item i ordered... Time will tell!!! He then hung up on me.. wonderful customer service ??

Went in the purchase needle cartridges and when I asked if they were sold there employee just throws display in my face. Very rude and terrible customer service .

For the guy who helped put together my sons skateboard, was awesome! Very friendly and beyond helpful. I dont know anything about skateboards so his help was very much appreciated!! I will definitely be returning back to Dream Crystal...u got a loyal customer right here.

This place is awesome! They have jewelry, crystals & stones, lighters & smoking accessories, incense burners, and the largest selection of incense I've ever seen. Prices are reasonable and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!!

I usually come to buy my color tattoo ink here. They have a pretty wide variety in stock always. I like looking at their posters too and shirts and they're glass stuff is on point. if you ever need a detox, they got that too !

Wish I could of given this place a shot but the hours posted said 9am and after waiting quite some time, I decided to leave without even getting to step foot inside. Hours may need to be adjusted but this automatically leaves a bad taste in the consumers mouth.
