Sales associate named Carmen was rude. Item didn't have a barcode so she wanted to charge me barcode from different item unless I found the correct one! Like it was my fault!

I understand that CVS is on the pricey side. You would think they would provide superior service. I've been going there because they are close (5 years). I'm not going to leave any specific situations because there are many. Today sent me over the top. I will do my best to never spend my money there.

The pharmacy here can be slower and the prices at the store for almost everything are overpriced but I've never had any issues other than that they don't have propane anymore.

Bought a target gift card here for a baby shower and I was advised that my money didn’t upload to the card even though I had a receipt. This not only happened to me but to my aunt at another CVS. Very embarrassing call from my friend

I love ❤️ love ? love ? CVS. I always saved a lot of money because I have an Annual CarePass. Always receiving Coupons on my email ?. And all the Employees are very nice and very Professional especially Mr. Fernando. Even Supervisors are very nice as well. ;) very organized store.??????

Alejandro the manager was very rude while I tried to exchange some $6 batteries with my receipt and debit card that I used originally. I had a copy of my driver's license on the phone they wouldn't accept it treated me like I was a criminal and basically I . Pretty sad this day and age that people still think like that believe profiled me and judge me

Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with the manager! So the story is, I always buy from this location using my coupons giving by cvs, however this time one of the coupons did not appear on the system therefore the cashier called for the manager. The manager name is Sherrie. Sherrie did not help me at all. All she did was shouting with an attitude and telling me how coupon combining on an item is not allowed while in the system it’s perfectly allowed ! Remember I have shopped there for years and have never experienced this issue. For some reason Sherrie was being unprofessional by shouting at a paying customer and denying the transaction instead of helping me ! Never coming back !
