I had a disappointing experience at the CVS pharmacy drive-through located at this location. The employee who assisted me displayed unprofessional behavior throughout my visit.
Upon arrival, despite my friendly greeting, he asked for my date of birth without reciprocating the greeting. He then informed me no medication was ready, contradicting a notification I'd received earlier. When I asked about my prescriptions, he responded with a dismissive tone, questioning why I had multiple medications with a clear judgmental attitude.
As I tried to address his rudeness, he laughed inappropriately, which was both unprofessional and disturbing. He abruptly closed the window and lowered the blinds, leaving me and other customers waiting. Fortunately, another employee intervened with professionalism and courtesy.
This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on CVS's customer service standards. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions at this location.

CVS plaza blvd in National City is my favorite pharmacy and makeup store and the sales associate Rudy has great customer service we need people like him he deserves a raise.

So much for a 24hr pharmacy that is closed when you most needed. At the drive thru, the employee was rude saying his system was down and told me to come back 4 hours later. I don't even know if it is true. That happens on 05/04/24 at 3am

Went thru drive thru pharmacy last night and the order hadn't been placed yet. However, the lady at the window made sure that if I walk into the pharmacy that my order would be expedited and it was. Thank you!

0 stars if possible. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS SENT HERE!!!! They are beyond slow. It is very concerning how they are operating. My order got sent at 5pm and it's 8:30pm and still not ready. Will never pick up my prescription here again.

Horrible... -10 stars if possible.. I seriously waited on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up because I got here quicker, then I wait in line for 40 minutes and they tell me i have to go to consult line even though order was sent yesterday. Horrible service. Not enough workers. -10 stars. How frustrating, as if anyone wants to be here in the first place. Both pharmacists sucked, both rude without compassion. I waited for 2 hours!!! Only one with good service was the pharmacy tech Rasha, she was very compassionate and kind, apologizing for the wait. The others though , ridiculous. -100 / 10 review.
