I recently visited the Cox store to change my modem, and Adrian assisted us. Instead of just replacing the modem, he went above and beyond by offering us an incredible promotional discount on our internet service. We were paying more before, but now our bill has been reduced thanks to Adrian's help. This is the kind of customer service we need nowadays—someone who shows compassion and truly cares about their customers. I hope Cox recognizes that they have an outstanding employee in Adrian, who is not only knowledgeable but also has a heart for helping others.

Beware cox now uses customer service centers based out of the US and may leak your info! I tried getting help today, because I got a scam call they knew all my cox info but it wasn't a verified cox # I called cox 0 help literally dude went silent, on the chat app I spent hours, just to hear the same, give me 2 minutes over and over and over with no resolution. Insane, if a lot of peoples info got leaked, cox should worry. If you look it up it's a scam caller.

Wow, I had a very good experience, they were very attentive, I recommend them, I would return to this place, they were very attentive, they wait for you to support you, they speak perfect Spanish and they are very humane to the customer, that is a priority, that speaks very well of the handlers who give very good training and capacity with respect to the client ?

worst associates they don’t know how to do their job or explain to the customer and they don’t respect the promotions all they is to charge more doesnt have customer service Juan morfin was the one who didn't have customer service. asked to talk to the manager but they made an excuse that the manager was in a meeting. i recommend not to go to this location especially if you wanna do a return they will send it through mail even tho you paid cash over. overall worst customer service.
update : its been almost 4 weeks still havent recieved the check with the amount im supposed to get back from the refund. i tried to call amd they wont help me or even let me speak with a manager.

Every time I have gone into this store every employee has been extremely rude. I just walk into the store and right away the employees are extremely short, don’t explain anything and constantly talk down to me. I have only gone in to return something or extend my service and I’ve still gotten completely rude employees. It’s unacceptable and I can’t believe nothing has changed after multiple years

I was returning my internet modem the skinny guy told me I have to call and cancel the service I did call and my service got cancel I came back to him to return it he refuse to take back the modem . But when somebody else assist me they take it without any question ! This cox location need more train specially those young people who act like professionals
