Great store. Love the clothes. I had a internet coupon and it was my first time shopping there. When I went to the register and handed them bmy coupon they said it expired yesterday and I could not use it. I was floored so I basically kept my mouth shut, paid for my things and said well thats the last time I go there. FYI Cotton On, its good customer service to go ahead and honor the coupon.

Strategically placing sale signs under regular priced items is one of their sneaky marketing strategies. As most of us know, their quality is no better than other popular "standard" names. So it only makes sense that if the product is at regular price, it's not worth it. I informed them that it wasn't nice to place the signs with great discounts right under or over regular priced items. The manager said that was the whole idea, to bring people in. Wow...... customer service.

I shop for slippers at AE Outfitters, since I find them pretty sturdy and last me long in my rough backyard. Service here is very good and would extend their online prices to you if not displayed inside store. Just show them the online page on your phone.

I come to cotton on all the time, usually satisfied with the clothing & a younger girls customer service. I purchased jeans today from there & brought them back the same day, was wrong size.. The tags were on there they had not been worn & I also had the receipt. Earlier when i came used my DEBIT card, which you are entitled to get cash back with a return, as the cashier told me when I asked. I come back to return it, & the lady at the desk, I say lady cause she is an 45 year old bitch, tells me so rudely that that's not true & that I'm lying. There customer service is horrible, & so are there overrated prices. They have lost a valuable customer who spends easily 200+ every two weeks. I'm done.

They have stylish clothes but the employees are not professional. Are you that proud to be working here or you just don't want to be seen? Yea, they yell out welcome to blah blah but after they treat you like an invisible person. Even a low quality shop had way better customer service then here.. Also, it wasn't just me who felt the negative vibes from the employees. The manager should give them proper customer service training before putting them out there.( not everyone is rude, some are very sweet) ppl should not hire employees based off of their style and fashion, look into their personality and see if they will shine your store or not.

I didn't know this Cotton On location was a place that cultured rude employees with some fashion character. In college, I would shop at the location at Fashion Valley mall, and never had a terrible customer service experience - besides, it wasn't as if these people were supposed to be serving me a meal, so I didn't take retail customer service into consideration when arriving. Now, here's what bugged me. The employees I encountered had such a poor, and even bitter attitude. When I asked for a specific jean size, the young man folding some of the pairs didn't even look at me, found me the pair, and threw it on top of the pile in front of me. Okay, maybe I just ran into a person having a terrible day. No biggie, I thought, one bad apple can't ruin my whole experience here.... Then I tried on the pair, realized I didn't want them, and was greeted outside by yet another rude employee who asked quickly as if she were busy (the store was near empty by the way, so as if she really had anywhere to go) "Did those fit?" When I said no, she snatched the pair out of my hands and took them back to who knows where. I ended up not buying anything. Aside from not finding anything I really liked that day, I didn't want to wait around and see how my cashier would perform. My advice to you: go to another location. Cotton On as a store is great. Just not these people.
