I was checking out some D3s and Audriana ended up helping me find the right size and called another store to put a hold on them! She is what made the deciding factor in purchasing my shoes. “Oohhhh where do I begin, miss monae is the sweetest most patient person. As I'm about ready to give up and leave because I felt defeated and tired of honestly looking she just took over the entire experience, made me go get settled in a room with my 2 crazy kids and just took care of it all. She gave me so many options when I felt like there was none. She went above and beyond my expectations and I was sad to learn she is leaving the company, to pursue what makes her happy and she is one beautiful happy person. “Large store, men's, children and women's clothing and household items (candles, journals, pillows, etc.) Great prices and sales on top! Easy parking under the 'mall'. It's a great shopping area with lots of restaurants and discount stores. Enjoy!”
“Let me start by saying it's very rare when you walk in 10 minutes before the store closes and get a good experience. These two girls were very helpful when try to assist me but needed a managers help. Abby the manager forsure exceeded my expectation. She was able to call customer service for me since the item I received was the completely wrong item and made the process go by so smooth. I've been to 3 Hollister stores this week and let me tell you this one by far exceeded the expectation ! Will definitely be returning !!”
“In my often futile effort to keep my teenage daughter happy, I've been ordering items from this clothing chain online as well as for immediate pickup in-store. While their online experience kinda sucks, with unclear email notifications and incorrect inventory lists, my in-store experience has been great! The staff at this location are on their game! They fulfill in-store pickup orders blazingly fast and mark them accordingly so I get the crappy notifications from their website that something happened with my orders. When I have to call to confirm, because those crappy emails aren't clear which items are ready, the staff answers the phone promptly, politely and know exactly what I'm asking about so I don't feel like a complete idiot for calling. My visits to this store have also gone well. The staff have been helpful locating in-store items I could not order online, despite the crappy search capabilities of their systems. additionally, the staff I interacted with have been friendly (not stalker-like; following me all over the store) and are quick to check inventory and open the dressing rooms for my daughter to try items. I wish shopping with my teens was always this simple. This store and their staff make it a pleasant experience for my family. Thanks!”

like we are there to take something with out paying, I am a consistent customer putting lots of money into they’re pockets!!! They see my face every week, they see how much I buy and she still thinks I’m going to steal something just because of my skin color!!

“Second best Forever 21 in San Diego. My fave is the one in Fashion valley mall it has two stories but this one is nice as well. This location is inside of plaza Bonita mall. It is on the upper level right next to the escalator. It is a pretty decent size shop with a dressing room. They had a lot of sales throughout the year. You can get an outfit from heads to toes, they sale all sorts of clothes and accessories. They offer a lot of sizes from XXS to plus sizes. I've always encounter great customer service here and they are pretty quick to check you out too.”

I want to say something about this store this day the manager Salvador and his other workers Esaias and Antonio who are in charge of ensuring that nothing is stolen in the store I told them that I lost my cell phone and they immediately spoke to each other on the radio To see if they saw my cell phone so fast they went by and found it. I thank them very much for their attention. Please give them something for the work they did and thank you, they deserve gratitude.”
