Awesome service as always!
Some little punks stole my truck and did a fair amount of damage while they had it. I brought it to Car Star Southbay—Joe was in charge of the repairs. My truck looks brand new! They dealt directly with State Farm, so I didn’t even have to mess with that. I highly recommend this body shop.

If there were a way to give zero stars, I'd eagerly take that route. My encounter with CARSTAR, notably as a Honda Accord 2018 owner, left me not only in disbelief over their service quality but utterly appalled at their sheer lack of professionalism and accountability. Partnering with insurance giants like Geico, one would expect a semblance of competence. However, my experience was anything but.From the outset, the repair process for my vehicle, which had suffered a collision, was fraught with delays and a litany of excuses that would make even the most patient customer's head spin. It seemed as though with each repair they claimed to complete, another part of my car suffered – a perpetual cycle of damage with no end in sight.The epitome of this nightmare occurred when the underplating of my car, which they had failed to secure properly, collapsed on the freeway. This incident was not only dangerous but could have had fatal consequences. Yet, the response to this grievous error was as shocking as the event itself. The owner, instead of taking responsibility, had the audacity to blame me for their negligence.Their inability to own up to their mistakes and the sheer unprofessionalism displayed left me more than just dissatisfied; it made me regret ever entrusting my vehicle to them. The day I no longer had to deal with what can only be described as a circus of incompetence was a relief. My advice to anyone considering CARSTAR for their vehicle repairs is to run in the opposite direction. Your vehicle, your safety, and your sanity deserve far better.Photos were taken AFTER the "repairs"

I went to have the troke repaired and it took them almost 2 months to deliver it to me and despite that they gave it to me dirty inside and out, they left white paint in several parts of the troke. In one part of the back seat they reloaded something that left it well marked .I don't recommend it??

I take my car to get an estimate to replace some parts and paint the front bumper in my car. They call me the same day with the price to get it fix and set up an appointment to drop my car. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the work they did special the paint in the front bumper nice quality work. thank you.
