“Great dealership! Henry Samaniego is the real definition of customer service. After my frustration with the call center on trying to figure out my issue I decided to drive up to Nissan to seek for help I knew the issue was very minor though it was a couple minutes before closing Henry received me with a big smile and willing to help me. The issue was fixed and I am so grateful for people like him that make life easier on rough days.”

“The gentleman we had that helped us I believe his name was Andre, but he was the manager at this enterprise and he was so nice. He let us pick the vehicle that we wanted gave us a lot of information if you are trying to get a car from enterprise, I would definitely recommend going to this location.”

“I prepaid/rented a Tesla to try it for a day. Got there, they didn’t have the car because the “person decided to extend their rental”. The solution offered “we’re gonna call around and bring a car in and let you know when it’s available”. Really? What about giving me a heads up an hour before my pick up time so I wouldn’t have to work the logistics of taking time off and getting a ride to get there…?Call to confirm if you decide to rent here. They won’t call you.************A week laker, upon my wife’s insistence :), we rented a Model 3 and confirmed its existence by phone (it took several attempts but the clerks were nice and helpful). The car was there and the rental went smooth. The guy at the counter was very patient besides being so busy. It changed my impression of the business. I changed my review after this last positive experience. Would go back there after all.”
