The last time my wife and I were at a Burlington store was when they specifically sold leather jackets.We've driven past this store driving on the 54 West on our way to the National City swap meet, probably since 2016, and always thought we should stop and see what they have there.Here it is, December 2023 and we've gone to the store three or four times now and have learned for ourselves; this is much better than going to Ross Dress for Less.If you haven't been here in a while or never before, what could be the new now, I highly recommend you stop by to see if it seems to offer you anything, or something special as it has for us. We'll be back

I'm doing my shopping at night to beat the day time hours they are announcing that the store was close 30 minutes prior to it closing. They have 2 ladies ringing up this huge line and 2 ladies doing nothing but talking.... it was the worse customer service and it was messed up for the two ladies that were actually working. I'm serious when I say they didn't have any store items in there hands literally just standing there talking.

Although this store has a wide variety of merchandise, other than clothes on the racks and bedding section, it's very difficult to find what you're looking for/a good find since everything is extremely unorganized and not in its accurate place, so patience will be required when trying to find certain items, especially at checkout, there always seems to be a very long and somewhat slow line to check out.

Ghetto. Very disorganized and the have alarms on everything! Even the testers. No variety and small bin n tall section regret going there.

Great location with a very ample parking lot, a large variety of items in every department and good prices.They have a person in the entrance just to welcome us in and to say thanks on our way out!Cashier line is fast, slower if is a busy day but they are nice and prompt to help.

Terrible customer service experience terrible Absolutely terribleThey treat you as if you were a dollar tree or 99 cent store customer.Jamie, well open up more cashiers it should never take longer to check out and pay than it does to look around and select items to purchase.The lines are slow and super long. Just absolute terrible customer service.

The lines and service are always bad here. Doesn’t really matter which one you go to. But the prices are pretty decent. The cashiers are usually nice and friendly. Cleanliness in these stores are not kept up. There’s always people who are careless and lazy who accidentally plull clothes off the hangers and don’t pick up. Or someone’s kids that are playing in the clothes. Pulling them down. Adults are just as bad too is areas where there something piled up adults don’t pick up after their kids. Anyway the Burlington stores are great for quick shopping or browsing as far as products go. But the lines will hold you up.
