Im going to be completely honest here, I went here for a couple of months and started to notice a pattern with the staff. Whoever the female is here, portrays herself as a know it all, and only cares about her opinions. If you tell her anything about your needs hoping to get any recommendations, you can just feel the judgmental stare. She comes off as rude. And whenever she’s speaking to her business partner, they don’t seem to collaborate and the poor guy is just trying his best. I have since then taken my business elsewhere. I do not recommend people that are only in it for the money and not for the community. Customers seek knowledge not judgment. As far as their breeding program or whatever they call it, it just didn’t make sense to me how you can run a store and without the proper sanitation, possibly taking it back to the little ones. I did an ultrasound there, and I was not satisfied at all. I asked a few questions and it seemed like they were just playing with the machines still learning how to use them. Completely unprofessional and I do not recommend this store for those factors.
My dogs were never neglected by myself or family. The owners response here clearly represents their judgmental opinions when they themselves have neglected their own pets to get where they are. And never was I told to go to a vet. I simply went in for products and very few services, but for my dogs medical needs they did go to a vet. I hope future customers that turn to bully’s kennel fully evaluate their options.

What a great addition to National City and Southbay area. Purchased a doggy bed for a business on my route that got affected by the 1/22/24 rain floods. Their shop dog's bed was trashed when during the storm drains overflowed. Bully's Kennel offers many services besides pet supplies also. Vaccines Whelping Medical Transport Oxygen/ Incubator Rentals Microchips ISPERM Evaluation, to name a few. They are passionate about offering 24 hour services to clients, so feel free to give them a call! Please support your local businesses!
