Evette deserves a raise! Not only did she help me find my email coupon, she made this old lady feel great instead of embarrassed! She even was explaining wht Big Lots was better than crazy Walmart and I just loved that! Friendly & helpful and awesome! Thank u!

I'm done going to this place, long lines that move so slow and only one cashier it's ridiculous going to this location and it's been like this for years. They really can't get more people to the front ? Or are they too busy goofing off somewhere in the store? Do better big lots that's why it's always dead there. I don't know how this place has lasted this long.

I was actually returning a Christmas present, with a gift receipt, for an item that I received two of this year. I went inside the store, and it was very busy. So I went right to the register with my gift receipt to make the return. I informed the cashier that it was a gift and therefore it was not purchased with my credit card. I was asking for store credit. The the cashier, scanned the gift receipt and said oops sorry, the value was refunded to the credit card that purchased the gift. No offer to make it right, get the manager, etc. Like I said, it was super busy in the store, and I was incredibly hungry on the verge of a hypoglycemic event so instead of bother with it, I just left. I'm bummed though, because I was sort of looking around a little bit before I went to the register, and the store seemed to have a big selection of a lot of things. I could've come back at a later time to pick something out. I won't be sending my business there in the future because of this.
