Let me just say this. I went to get some things for Christmas for my kids get double charge wanted help to see what was going on and what to do next to get the money back so I came in to the bank to get told this wasn't their problem and I needed to call customer service and they could fix it . Okay so why are u guys even open if I have to call customer service to get help from a branch office that is open to help u with your accounts.. both of the lady's there were unprofessional and rude I have never in my life had so much disrespect and when some one else come to talk to u u start to speak in Spanish infront of a customer that doesn't understand Spanish or speak it.. worst customer service..

Have to say I love this bank. Yes, sometimes the line is long, but that's how it always is with banks. They have a nice lobby with comfortable chairs, I wish the television worked more often. The people working at their desks are very attentive. We couldn't get another bank to open an account for my son, but BofA did. The security guard is friendly. The bank is in a residential area off 8th, so it's a very cozy atmosphere. Compared to the Chase up the street, no brainer, this is the bank for us. The only thing they lack is a drive through, but it's an old fashioned bank and I don't mind parking and walking inside. ATMs are usually clean and working. I give this bank a thumbs up.

Went there today to try to get a debit card & waited for over an hour, just so they can tell me they were not going to assist me. Bank of America has the worse customer service! I’m seriously going to close my account.

It appears the the general manager as well as some relationship manager are unqualified for customer related issues. Today, 11/19/2022 I cam with the request to redeem the $100 promo offer. Without mentioning names the general manager for today and the relationship manger made it a very difficult process. I gave them all the information I had available but instead of making an effort to resolve my issue, they dismissed my issue, and made no effort to get to a solution. It's possible the general manager is I'll fit, and has poor leadership, which could explain all low ratings. I expected great quality service for such reputable bank, but Bank of America seems to have let me down.

Before visiting this Bank of America branch I went to 4 different branches of Chase. All of the Chase bankers had ridiculous requirements to open a type of account that I wanted and all of them required an appointment as far as 2 weeks in advance to do so. Horrible experience! Bank of America was day vs. night. Jessica, a banker at this branch, was very knowledgeable, helpful and super personable! She opened everything in minutes with minimal paperwork burden. All branch employees were very attentive and inquired multiple times on how I was doing and whether I was being helped while I was waiting in line for 5 minutes. Kudos to the manager of the branch and Jessica! Best experience in the bank ever!!

I just don't understand why: When you go inside the bank there are only 2 employee's / tellers to process transactions on a Saturday when there are so many people in line. I was in line for over 30 minutes this morning waiting to do a money transfer. This couldn't be done at the ATM or over the phone so I had to go inside the bank. I stood there so long that my feet went to sleep. I asked why so few tellers, and I was told they are trying to close down and get rid of the face to face banking practice. I'm just disappointed with the BofA now.

Absolutely the worst customer service!! every time I come here they either have no change or under staff where you have to Waite while the manager is sitting on his a** in the corner or 3 people greeting you at the door. I even called Bank of America corporation to see if they are really short on change they said shortage is done. Someone is not doing their job employees are careless.They don't even deserve a star
