I usually go to the Eastlake Parkway location.. Never saw the reviews from this branch.. and let me tell you people is generous by giving this branch 2.8 rating.. this place sucks starting from the branch managers attitude, she saw I was struggling and very frustrated and she literally just ignored the situation and left, a line of like 10 people to wait to do transactions at the teller and the tellers acting like if they hate their life sitting in fromt of the window… this place sucks.. seriously I wish they would just clean out all the staff from this place.

For sure they don't know what they are doing. Please do NOT do your banking with Bank of America. You will be waiting for a while for no service.

I have an account here. I brought my wife so she could get a new account, so we were waiting for our turn. A lady came out and told us that we needed to make an appointment to get a new account. I said ok you don't want us like a customer, we will go to Chase Bank we got there and opened an account in less than an hour . I'm changing my bank to chase as well

Let me just say this. I went to get some things for Christmas for my kids get double charge wanted help to see what was going on and what to do next to get the money back so I came in to the bank to get told this wasn't their problem and I needed to call customer service and they could fix it . Okay so why are u guys even open if I have to call customer service to get help from a branch office that is open to help u with your accounts.. both of the lady's there were unprofessional and rude I have never in my life had so much disrespect and when some one else come to talk to u u start to speak in Spanish infront of a customer that doesn't understand Spanish or speak it.. worst customer service..

Have to say I love this bank. Yes, sometimes the line is long, but that's how it always is with banks. They have a nice lobby with comfortable chairs, I wish the television worked more often. The people working at their desks are very attentive. We couldn't get another bank to open an account for my son, but BofA did. The security guard is friendly. The bank is in a residential area off 8th, so it's a very cozy atmosphere. Compared to the Chase up the street, no brainer, this is the bank for us. The only thing they lack is a drive through, but it's an old fashioned bank and I don't mind parking and walking inside. ATMs are usually clean and working. I give this bank a thumbs up.

Went there today to try to get a debit card & waited for over an hour, just so they can tell me they were not going to assist me. Bank of America has the worse customer service! I’m seriously going to close my account.

The staff that was working 11/26/2022 with purple hair color needs training how to talk to customers . She is unprofessional and rude.
