I called to find out the price of a battery for my car. I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. Customer service is not their strong point. I went to O'reilys instead and got the battery and they installed it.

They put you on hold forever and never get back on the line—I called three times and on hold each time, 6-7 minutes and 15 minutes.

Poor customer service. Employees didn't know how to lookup or find parts in system. After waiting 20-30 minutes in line, they asked me to wait 30 more until someone else that may know how to assist arrived.

I normally don't write reviews but these employees went above and beyond for me. I visited this Autozone location on November 18th and Jose assisted me. Jose had helped me find the headlight I needed for my car and ensured I got the right one that would fit. I don't think they normally do this, because they are so busy and that day there was a line per usual. Jose helped me install my headlight which was amazing because driving without a headlight is dangerous, and I needed help because I did not have a lift support on my hood. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The headlight bulb was $129 and I took time to try to find out why it was significantly more expensive. I did not know the bulb was LED. I bought my used Lexus RX 350 2010 in May and I was unaware I had a LED bulb. Yesterday, Jason had helped me to price match with Walmart for $90 which was a big price difference, I got a $50 refund and purchased some lift support for my vehicle's hood. I also spoke with Carlos on the phone and he was very professional. I did reach out to the regional office to ask about a refund, and it was not to leave bad feedback but to request a price match. I was too embarrassed to go down to the store, but they had reached out and offered a resolution. I would highly recommend this location, and they deserve praise for their professionalism and customer service. I want to thank you all for your help, and you have customers for life. I also make sure to visit with my boyfriend and family to purchase things we need for our vehicles.

I went there to get my battery replaced and was going to buy a battery there also. There were four guys behind the desk and they told me they could not replace my battery install it because they did not have the tools for it. How lame is that the store is full of tools. I pointed that out and they told me that their tools keep getting stolen, I let them know I wasn't trying to borrow the tools. I needed somebody to install the battery they wouldn't do it so I went to O'Reillys auto parts and they told me that Autozone store does it all the time. I bought my battery at O'Reillys and they were so nice to me and installed it. No problem.

This is by far one of the largest AutoZone I've ever seen they have literally almost every part you can think of if no other AutoZone has it what you're looking for this is the mecca of parts and guaranteed to find what you're looking for... The staff such as Daniela and others I'm sorry forgot their name that work here are very nice and super helpful I definitely enjoy coming here and looking at the large variety of selection they have when my go to AutoZone doesn't have what I need. Also open late!

My father ordered some parts, they told him to pick up at noon, went for it for him. I was told "we don't have it, later this evening" left and my dad went to pick it up the next day... One day after he was told it would be there. They told him it was not there and it had not been sent. They then shifted blame to another site saying "its not our fault it's the other autozone's fault" they didn't care that they had dropped the order. This has got to be the lowest level of costumer service I seen.

Poor customer service. Waited for over thirty minutes in line only for them to tell me to go to the mechanic. I know I can go to the mechanic but what are you here for if you cannot provide any guidance as to what my car needs. Total waste of time.

I went into the store, the staff was very helpful. Special shout to the assistant manager Jesus who was very knowledgeable on the matter that brought me into the store. I can confidently leave knowing that I had an expert assist me in my decision making. I'd recommend this specific location to my friends and family for any other car needs.
