NOT TOWARDS THIS STORE. But the quality of Aldo heels has gone down real bad this is my second pair, this pair only lasted less than a month the stiletto peels and get nasty so quick…. Sad because I used to love Aldo and feel like I got my money worth… $130 for a pair of heels to only last less than a month

They offer afterpay in store now. Im only disappointed because they wont accept our afterpay due to we didnt use applepay. I find that ridiculous.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes online to be shipped to store and now my shoes are stuck in there store. I called to see if they could resend priority mail to my home and they said no they can't I just have to wait for 2 weeks until the store opens now what kind of customer services is that I even asked if I could receive a discount for the inconvenience and they said no. I know we are in a crises right now but the least you could do is rerout the order to my home or give a percent off. I have been shopping with aldo since they first opened and have spent thousands of dollars with them so to hear that they can not do anything for me was very disappointing. They may have lost a loyal customer.
