The people who work her are absolutely the rudest people! The lady was mopping and she almost hit me twice and when I told her she laughed. They refused to warm up 2 hotdogs for me after I requested very nicely. They were rude from the start and didn’t just politely say no when I asked. Instead they acted offended and the lady raised her voice at me.

i went it this afternoon and i didn't get her name but it was some asian lady and i was trying to make a purchase with my debit card and it wasn't reading the card , they need to update their machines cus she kept tryna say i needa get a new card but i literally haven't had no issues with my card , then her ass wanna start huffing and puffing like so rude and unprofessional for what

The guy in the morning shift never has anything ready. Then he is counting money at 8:00am while people wait and wait. Need to retrain him.

Really bad customer service! Cashier is the rudest person she answer and talks back to you with bad language! Took money from my kids and didn't even consider resolving or giving me her name or manager info! Have video of her on her rude plus she takes video of my kids like my kids where the rude ones! Has the place so dirty! Didn't have keys to fridge and was refusing to sell any alcohol to other customers while i was trying to resolve my issue! I just think if your not happy with your job why work there !!

Bought a gift card for 4th of July, but it wouldnt go through. Then I was told by the manager to contact apple about the issue.Apple confirmed the money was in the card but were unable to unload the card unless through whatever 3rd party I purchased it from.So I contacted the manager once more, explained what apple said, and asked what could be done.She told me their system never fails activating cards, and that all their gift cards are 100% flawless, and offered me no refund. Once she got heated about it I realised there was no point in trying, and here I am.I lost 50 bucks.

Had tags up advertising Chex buddies 2/$5.50. they rang up regular price which was double what was advertised. I let the clerk know and all he did was talk over me, didn't care, said there was nothing he could do. We told him to just remove the items from our purchase. I WONT be going back to THIS location again. I will go WAY out my way to avoid this location in the future or just go to Walmart.

I like the guy in the morning Rafa and the owner is cool too. The ladies are respectful and the guy that works the graveyard shift is a hard worker. He has to maintain order while still tending to his important shift duties which are cleaning and sanitizing the grills, ovens, sweeping and cleaning inside and outside grounds. It's a rough neighborhood at times but when employees show respect and maintain strong work ethics the community will always appreciate them and will support them. I think that all 7-11's are almost the same. I have seen variations some really nice too but being a franchise they are pretty much required minimum set of standards that all 7-11's must follow. This one has all the standard things we would expect and actually even offers gasoline. They have a four pump island with the parking lot.

This store needs to be cleaned, and keep the hot dogs fresh. And fix the soda machine and hire some people that care about the customers. Floor is always dirty and sticky only one person is working at a time and they can't help everyone in the store. The homeless people chill right outside the door during the day an night, they need a janitorial staff to make sure this place is clean and up to the standards they should want the customers to see, not the dirty floor old hot dogs no customer service get your stuff together. This place is just trash. The y need to hire people from the area that will hopefully care about there community.

gross. Dirtiest 7eleven I've been to. Nothing restocked, floors sticky. 2 workers and not one of them doing anything.

I have visited this 7-11 a couple of mornings on my way to work and every time I go there is no coffee ready!! & the cashier/ manager can be rude!! & Every time I've bought a salad they never have forks. They have very little employee and for some odd reason it is a very busy.
