I love going to this 711 and the employees are very nice to me and kind and they try there best to keep clean but there's this old lady she has glasses and she very rude last time I was crossing to the bus and she got off of work I'm guessing and she olmost tan me over

I go here after work sometimes to buy some taquitos if I'd like to eat any. I go to this 7-11 near the weekends in the afternoon and they always have the Jalapeño and Cream cheese taquito rolling in the case every time I go there and I'm always able to get one every time I go there; that flavor is also my favorite!!! :DDDD I also tried their new Korean BBQ Chicken Taquitos and the taste severely disappointed me because it did not taste like Korean BBQ Chicken at ALL. It literally tastes like some chicken with sweet and sour chili sauce in it. That's it!! ??? It's also a little spicy but not too spicy for me to eat and I don't do well with spicy foods.

I was very disappointed that this location isn't following the mask mandate. The employees and the customers didn't have masks on. We are in a pandemic and the mandate is meant to keep everyone safe and healthy.

I had came in late night and accidentally forgot my house keys.I came in the next morning and it wasn’t even put in a lost and found or kept somewhere. I guess they gave someone else’s belongings to a stranger?! Lady at counter was nice tho!

The debit card reader was not working correctly. It kept asking me to enter my PIN number. I would enter my PIN and the machine would accept my PIN, but then would ask me to swipe my card again. This happened about 5 times, and the cashier said I need to put my PIN in again for the 5th time. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if the cashier was trying to scam me, but he insisted it was a faulty card reading machine. I ultimately just paid with cash, very frustrated and skeptical of the whole situation.

I am a regular customer at least twice a day and many times the wait time is too long., there have times I just left the store due to the wait time. I just took my business elsewhere.

Worst 7/11 My sister in law went to buy some beers and snacks, this older lady (the cashier) asked her for her ID (my sister in law is 31yo) she showed her Mexican ID, and the cashier refused to sell because she said it was not a California ID, my sister in law told her to only sell her the snacks (no alcohol) and the cashier said no because she didn't have a CA ID. W t h?? Ok, anyways my sister in law called me, I got there with my CA ID and this cashier told me SHE WOULDN'T SELL ME ANYTHING BECAUSE I WAS WITH MY SISTER IN LAW!! She's RACIST A F!!! She's always so rude, with her bad attitude
