“This is, without a doubt, the TOP retail purchasing experience I have ever had. That is primarily, if not solely due to the amazing staff at the Napa, California store that just popped up couple years ago. Needless to say, I was beyond excited when I discovered there would be a free people store literally 6-minute drive from my home. That said, I am unintentionally, without a doubt, the biggest pain-in-the butt customer a store could get. I honestly don’t mean to be, it’s just the way it is. From late returns, showing up right before closing, etc etc. But no matter when I arrive, or the inevitable high maintenance needs I require during my visits, Michelle, the sweetest and most professional of managers you could possibly have representing your company (and amazing products)is always so warm, welcoming, and never flinches at whatever drama I bring with me upon arrival. Isabel is also a standout. I do believe she was recently moved up (wise choice?) it’s like I have my own personal stylists helping me out each and every visit. I don’t want to forget to mention Kimberly, whose always amazing…along with Jackie. A team full of winners you’ve got here in Napa and I’m long overdue to thank all of these kind ladies for always making me feel stylish and welcome. I can try even the most patient of peeps…but these ladies always welcome me with open arms and complete professionalism. Thank ya’ll!!?Gina L”
“WOW! Strolled in "just to look" and found myself scooping up major bargains - flannel PJ;s- darling Xmas blankets...and the list goes on. I had a Party of one - did a ton Xmas shopping...and felt compelled to return on Day #2... bliss!Asked one clerk wha her "favs" were and she mentioned the sweaters. Found an armful of very pretty sweaters at amazing prices...It is very Rare for me to return to the same store twice...”

“I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. I've lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately it's not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me.
I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique.

The instructors are fun and caring!
For the first time in a long time, I feel comfortable in my own skin. Every instructor takes the time to guide you, to show you the right way without judgment or pressure. It makes such a difference. I walk out feeling empowered, like I can conquer the world. It’s true what they say: consistency is key, and small movements really do lead to big results.

“I was not going to buy anything. I was in this time last month and saw a shirt that I wanted but, paying $30 for a "Peanuts Gang" Shirt was not in the budget. I was waiting for a friend to finish up a return transaction and walking around. There was a very friendly young man (I don't remember his name) who asked me if I needed anything. I told him what I was looking for and he headed straight for the clearance section and to my childlike joy, it was there. In my size AND Less than $20. I walked right up to check out and was delighted to be rung up by Diana. She was very pleasant and looked up my AE credit card info without any problems. I left with a smile and that same, childlike joy.”

“The owner Becky went above and beyond to get me a swimsuit they had already sold out of!!! I wrote a simple message on instagram asking if they would get more in stock, and she made it happen. Not only did she do that but she ordered me two sizes to make sure it would fit.
Her team ( Kristin) had amazing customer service and was so helpful!!!! Never have I felt so comfortable shopping. ?️ I not only left with my swimsuit but a super cute romper as well. Shout out to Miyamo and their outstanding job well done. I will be back!”

“While visiting Napa went to this store which was listed on Google as a souvenir shop. Oh my goodness, what a wonderful surprise. The clothes are funky, beautiful, unique and reasonably priced. The sales person was so wonderfully helpful and personable. My 87 year old mom, 65 year old sister and 55 year old self were all able to find items we liked.
If I travel to the Napa Valley again, I will definitely make this one of my first stops.”

“The wonderfully unflappable, resourceful woman who helped me at this location is the definition of someone who is good at their job. I messed up and added the wrong belt size to my order and needed the khakis I bought steamed so I could wear them out of the store. As I got a new belt, she held court as maybe six other customers approached and needed her attention (one customer knew her name, so I imagine others have been similarly impressed). She never lost sight of what I needed, and got me looking right for my work event. Testament to whoever staffs this place, please give everyone here a raise.”
