Dropped in while on business in Napa. Beth was great getting me signed in. Very knowledgeable , gave me a great rundown on the gym. Sam was the coach for the class I attended, great coach! I’ll be back if I’m in town again!

Decided to take a bootcamp class while on my visit. Sign up was a breeze, the class was great and I felt amazing afterward. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town!
