The review posted by Mike Aguilar was not accurate. The proposed fine and citation was fully removed by the California Department of Real Estate upon a full hearing. It was found that Mr. Aguilar and Mr. Lesti were harmed by another party in the transaction. Mr. Lesti was not at fault.
