Tellers are polite and are trying their best, but there's rarely more than 2 working at any given time of the day. Not the employees' or Manager's fault, this is just Wells Fargo being CHEAP on labor!!! ?

I have been platinum savings member at WF. However the incompetent Napa branch bank employees had me furious enough to close all my accounts with this bank. They withheld my money, would not help with electronic transfers and have ridiculous fees to create Cashiers checks in account owners name. When requested to close my account, the lady teller had me sit out of queue as they kept in helping others behind me... yes give a grown adult a timeout. The branch manager refused to visit me when I tried to bring this mistreatment to his attention.... Well long story short, good riddance I'll never do business with WF any more. I am usually a very patient person ... there behavior got the best of me.

The worst branch ever. I avoid this branch like the plague. 2 tellers with no less than 7 people in line all day. Get some help people!!!

Thank you for the Staff at Wells Fargo (3255 Jefferson St Napa CA)Banker's name's Joseph, (on 08/2/22)made my experience at Wells Fargo better than ever He worked with good heart and clever. Would be wonderful to have more people like him who really want to work and want to help people. He's very helpful!

Too slow, the workers. Waste time talking to the customer unrelated to work, that Lissette was so rude, she didn’t let me finish talking to her about what I needed help with.

I am required to come here for my work to make deposits and its ALWAYS a 20 minute minimum wait. Today I went in and stood in the "normal customer" line and the manager MADE me stand in the "merchant" line because if the normal customer line was faster, "you would be cutting the the other merchant who was waiting before you". The manager then had a teller open just for me and had me cut others who came in before me confusing the actual heck outta me. She actually had me shaking at the exchange.The tellers are almost always polite and nice but the wait time here is ALWAYS RIDICULOUS. Too many employee's greeting you at the door and telling you where to stand rather than working the windows. And this exchange was wildly unnecessary.
