What customer service? The makeup, condoms and other essentials is locked behind glass doors so we now have to ring a bell and wait for an associate to help you, no one ever shows up & after 10+ minutes of waiting I just leave.

So me and my parents had some trouble with the photo center. We were promised 1 hour printing. In the span of 6 hours we had to go back 3 times and waited for almost an hour inside the store. Manager Robert did a wonderful job at listening to our complaints, and did everything in his power to fix the problem. I appreciate his effort, but Walmart needs to do better at their photo department.

1 star for return desk. You can only do returns from 8 am to 8 pm. Also, oftentimes, even though there are 3 registers at customer service desk, there is only one employee working and a long line of customers. This is why I much prefer shopping at their competitor in town.

Customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. Called the store all morning and nobody could answer the phone. Walked into the store later and nobody could help me. This isn't the first time this has happened. While as a customer I appreciate the great value Walmart offers, I think staff requires a little more customer service orientation and perhaps a single phone operator to at least let us know someone is there and will help us.

Stopped in quickly for a gallon of water and snacks. Seamless transaction. Sad to read the reviews of the locals. Sounds like you can have a terrible shopping experience, if you live here.

Wow im suprised they have 2 stars considering how horrible their staff can be. Typically i go into the self checkout with my dogfood but they close it later at night, okay no big deal so i wait in line for about 10 minutes for the only(slowest) cashier. Now heres what happens when i get to her, she accidentally skipped my item because i had it in my hand. Okay my fault i didnt put it on the conveyor i suppose i shouldnt have expected her to notice the crinkly loud bag it in my hand right in front of her. This is walmart afterall, worst part was she jus decides to skip me because "i scanned their stuff you can wait after them. I was about to cause a scene because who the hell just skips customers like that. But i didnt wanna be rude so instead heres another one star mostly meant for that s*** staff member. I wish target carried the dog food i buy

Ugh Horrible checkouts!!! Non-existent customer service... mainly because large amount of employees are elderly and/or differently abled... some are just super shitty. But hands-down the cheapest groceries and toiletries in the entirety of Napa... Way way cheaper than any other supermarket or pharmacy for most daily household staples.

This Walmart is a disgrace to Napa The manager weak a** KENNY kicked me out and told the workers not to let me back to costumer service but didn't have a reason I never stole from the store or made any threats to him we had a altercation once because I wanted to return an item without a receipt or iD so he got upset and we called each other namesin all honesty his feelings got hurt that's the real reason so nO I request this store to anyone I care for

They need to hire or replace the cashiers with faster people who can get the job done quickly. I mean how on earth could the lines be soooo busy on a friday night at around 10:30pm . Ridiculous.

I have been coming here for 2 weeks, trying to get new water gallons. Every time, they have none. Plus the machine is broken so I can't even return my bottles for tickets. So I have to keep lugging the bottles back and forth. When you ask them how long until they get water, their standard answer is, " We have nothing to do with that". So frustrating

Thank you to the sweetest Napa Walmart employee, Steven,in the Garden Dept, for your help this morning! I needed a very large bag of bark. I had surgery a few days ago so can't lift anything heavy yet. This man got a cart, loaded the bark and followed me to the cashiers counter and WAITED for me to check the rest of my purchases. He then followed me to my car and loaded the bark into the trunk! I was so grateful for his kindness and generosity. #SUPERHERO â€
