Cashier at front was helpful and directed me to the pharmacy but the doctor in the pharmacy barely talked on call and when I asked for a second so I can communicate to the recipient needing the medication and he hung up

So just so I’m not mistaken it does say they are open at 7 am on Sunday morning correct? I am here and it is 8:15 am and the doors are locked…. Long lines I understand, confusion with prescriptions I get it, there’s a lot of people in this world…. I am totally more than patient and a “go with the flow” type of person but at the very very least, YOU MUST HAVE/KEEP/ADHERE TO YOUR POSTED (ON FRONT OF STORE AND ONLINE) HOURS OF OPERATION!! NUMBER 1 RULE IN ALL OF BUSINESS… GIRL JUST ARRIVED TO OPEN THE STORE AND I WAS MET WITH DIRTY LOOKS AND AN UNHAPPY DEMEANOR LIKE I WAS THE ONE DOING SOMETHING WRONG…. Sad to see how far customer service has diminished/perished over the past years… But cmon there’s nothing worse than you not adhering to your hours of operation… Cmon Walgreens you can do better…

Although Kaizer messed up and sent my infants prescription to SACRAMENTO, instead of Napa, their team stayed after hours to ensure she got what she needed. A warm moment that deserves recognition.

I’m home, really sick with Covid so placed an order online for delivery. I left room for substitutions with each item because I know what a hassle that can be if you don’t. Two of the items I needed most in my order were deleted. Even though they were listed as available in the app, I received a message saying they were not. I tried calling my delivery person, I tried calling the store, I tried calling the corporate number and I tried the chat function. I could not make any contact. Then when the delivery person arrived they wanted my ID for the 12 ounce bottle of NyQuil that I bought. I’m 63 years old - pretty sure anyone with eyes could tell I’m over 21. Then he wanted me to sign the screen on his phone for the item. I kept trying to explain that I have Covid and he shouldn’t be anywhere near me but the delivery person didn’t speak English. What a really fun experience this has been! Horrible customer service! Definitely will not be using Walgreens again!!*** Note - I ended up ordering the rest of what I needed from CVS through Instacart. They actually check with you when they have to make substitutions so nothing gets left out of your order. I will always use them in the future.

UPDATE: I just got a notification that one of my prescriptions was picked up yesterday. I wasn't even in the same city yesterday. I checked my credit card transactions and I was even charged for this prescription that I 100% did NOT pick up. I really sense a sketchy scheme going on here. I will be reporting this fraud to my credit card company.

What happened with people waiting in line like everyone else. I'm in line waiting a people think they can just line jump and it's okay. Staff allows this to happen without a word. Telling the few that complain about it that it's okay, really quick, I'm sorry. If you're sorry don't allow it, ask everyone to get in line when brought up. This is not okay. Other people were also waiting. Or if you have already talked to a pharmacist please wait for them to actually call your name like a normal person.

The Walgreens pharmacy in Napa was excellent. They quickly picked up the phone when an emergency supply of medicine was needed for my mom. They had the prescription transferred and filled timely. They even worked to find out how to get a discount for the medication. Great customer service. I work in healthcare and I am extremely impressed. Thank you

This local Walgreens has several amazing employees, but I want to point out one particular retail clerk who went above and beyond this past week. Her name is Merris spelling?). She stopped her routine completely to focus on my search for a couple of items. She took her time and showed me different brands located in different departments and made sure I had exactly what I needed, comparing prices, double checking for the correct size and the one most recommended. Merris should get a raise! She is the best!

DeeDee at the photo center was the most miserable rudest person I've ever had talk to me. I was waiting by the pick up line and she asked me "what" instead of hello or how can I help you, she couldn't find my order and I offered to give my confirmation number and she said it was "useless to her" after finally finding my order she said "it's not ready." Nothing else. I asked how long and she sighed and said maybe 5-10 minutes. If you hate your job that much quit please.

Terribly chaotic, poor customer service and they're incredibly disorganized. Go somewhere else at all cost if you can. Been coming here for 7 years, same neds and they used to be great years ago but it's horrible

I agree with most of the reviews about the pharmacy here. The email notifications are flawed, so you have to call and wait on hold listening to annoying repetitive robotic voices saying "we're busy, please hold" until you get a human who then puts you on another hold. When I finally got to pick up the prescriptions, the line was 10 people deep, and it took a half hour to get my order filled. I miss Pharmaca!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Sub par customer service. Inadequate staffing. Long lines. Prescriptions NEVER ready - even after being notified they are ready.

Absolutely terrible communication. My prescription has been delayed with no explanation for over 2 weeks. I called both yesterday and today and spent over 25 minutes with hold music, someone answering saying to hold, more hold music, line ringing and then call dropping. EXACT SAME 2 days in a row. When I went in to inquire in person yesterday, they just said they would reorder and I should call again today to check status

Horrible customer service and communication. My son, who has leukemia, needed a medicine for his treatment and two days later when we went to get it they did not have it in stock. I went during the day to pick it up and the lady told me it would be ready in 15 mins so I sent my husband later that night to get it and they ended up telling him they have been out of stock. My son was suppose to have this medicine that day. Why for the life of me would they not have told me this when I went during the day is beyond me. Her excuse when I asked for it was it was not filled because they were short staffed. Unacceptable and very unfortunate that people who work in this type of industry lack the compassion of others. I will now be transferring my business to another pharmacy.

This store does not support women’s rights for access to contraception. I have had multiple instances when my prescription was not filled as requested and THEY REFUSED delivery of my contraception.If you care at all about women’s rights. Do not support Walgreens!
