This local Walgreens has several amazing employees, but I want to point out one particular retail clerk who went above and beyond this past week. Her name is Merris spelling?). She stopped her routine completely to focus on my search for a couple of items. She took her time and showed me different brands located in different departments and made sure I had exactly what I needed, comparing prices, double checking for the correct size and the one most recommended.Merris should get a raise! She is the best!

DeeDee at the photo center was the most miserable rudest person I've ever had talk to me. I was waiting by the pick up line and she asked me "what" instead of hello or how can I help you, she couldn't find my order and I offered to give my confirmation number and she said it was "useless to her" after finally finding my order she said "it's not ready." Nothing else. I asked how long and she sighed and said maybe 5-10 minutes. If you hate your job that much quit please.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Sub par customer service. Inadequate staffing. Long lines. Prescriptions NEVER ready - even after being notified they are ready.

I agree with most of the reviews about the pharmacy here. The email notifications are flawed, so you have to call and wait on hold listening to annoying repetitive robotic voices saying "we're busy, please hold" until you get a human who then puts you on another hold. When I finally got to pick up the prescriptions, the line was 10 people deep, and it took a half hour to get my order filled. I miss Pharmaca!

Absolutely terrible communication. My prescription has been delayed with no explanation for over 2 weeks. I called both yesterday and today and spent over 25 minutes with hold music, someone answering saying to hold, more hold music, line ringing and then call dropping. EXACT SAME 2 days in a row. When I went in to inquire in person yesterday, they just said they would reorder and I should call again today to check status

This store does not support women’s rights for access to contraception. I have had multiple instances when my prescription was not filled as requested and THEY REFUSED delivery of my contraception.If you care at all about women’s rights. Do not support Walgreens!

Like most pharmacies they have a system to notify you when prescriptions are ready for pickup. So I had a text, an email and an auto phone call that two prescriptions were ready. The next day I went and stood in line for twenty five minutes to get the prescriptions. The clerk looks at the computer and says the prescriptions are not ready and will need to be filled! This has happened before, so its apparent that they need a refresher on how to handle their alert system.

Avoid if at all possible. I unfortunately am someone who depends on quite a few prescriptions, and I am constantly behind and having to jump through hoops and harsh harass the pharmacy just for them to fill my prescription a week late. I understand they have been understaffed but when I prescription is sent on Tuesday and I see no movement on Thursday and they tell me in person it will be done on Saturday. I return the following Tuesday to the prescription being out of stock, mind you if everyone wasn't passing the buck this had over a week to be ordered. The pharmacist can't tell me when they expect to have it ready, this is something I take daily and an currently out with no signs of when I'm have access to it again. When leaving I asked if I should be worried about the other two prescriptions they are working on and she responded with "I have no idea" mind you one of them is an antibiotic I cannot miss a dose. I so wish there was a better way to do this other then having to be at the pharmacy everyday just to be sent home empty handed. It's a full time job.

This pharmacy provides subpar customer service, and it's advisable to avoid investing your time and support in this business. The pharmacy is understaffed, exhibits extreme rudeness, and is unhelpful. If you choose this pharmacy, be prepared to spend excessive amounts of time getting even simple prescriptions filled. Furthermore, attempting to contact them by phone often results in them abruptly hanging up. This has to be the worst Walgreens around, whoever is managing this pharmacy should be immediately let go.

This Walgreens is great. Staff are very nice and quick. My prescription was ready in 15 minutes as promised and off the door to my Dr. appointment that day. I'll definitely be back here again.

One person in front of me, 45 minute wait. Prescription was “ready” 72 hours before I showed up. Just crazy.

I had been a customer of Walgreens for many years. I have cancelled all my medications with them. Thirty minutes in line. I had a phone call telling me meds were ready and yet when I finally arrived my meds were not ready. They asked me to wait another 15 minutes which turned into another 30 minutes. Just disgusting. People were saying that they were never coming back.

Went there to get some waters for the day as we would be walking around Napa. However, before starting our day, I really had to use the restroom and asked for the bathroom code since it was locked. I made it a point to purchase something before asking for the code. The Walgreens associate who was working the front registers flat out said, "No." No explanation as to why. When I asked why she stated, "There are only two people here, me and the guy in the warehouse. He only knows how to unlock it." When I asked if she could grab him really quickly so we can use the restroom, she said, "Uh no, he is loading stuff. Im not going to pull him for something like this." Incredibly rude and unprofessional. What if we had to use the restroom for medical reasons? Or even then, we purchased something. We should be able to use the restroom. Why did only one person know the code? Please coach the associate who worked this morning on better customer service because i have never recieved that poor of service.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. This pharmacy can not get their act together. After being a Walgreens customer for probably 20-30+ years, I vow to never step in this store again. Moving all prescriptions and business to CVS, if that doesn't work will look into online pharmacy's.

This place is terrible there's always at least a 30 minute line...got here today after being told my prescription would be filled and ready at 1:15 and it's 1:40 and I'm here but they are out for \\\"lunch\\\" till 2:30. My advice would be transfer everything to a different pharmacy
