“5 starts are not enough. This is our regular vet and every time our puppy finds herself injured this team is there for her. Today she had a fox tail in the nose during my lunch and I drive her straight there. They had an open appointment, they saw her with so much love and care. They were able to scope her, located the fox tail and had her ready for pick up IN LESS THAN 6 HOURS. They took it a step further and updated her vaccines and trimmed her nails. From the front office, to the support staff to the physicians and surgeons all around an incredible team. So thankful for her to be a patient here.”

“So let me just give you a bit of a back story. I had been taking my dog to Napa West, and I couldn’t remember the last time I had a good experience. I called Napa Small animal hospital, hoping that they could somehow get us in, and they did!
My dog had recently given birth to 7 pups, and was being cared for in Sacramento.
When she returned- she was about 20lbs lighter and semi-traumatized.
They made sure to care for her pups, but completely neglected her.
I took my fur baby here and they made the process seamless.
I absolutely love how caring/gentle they are, I love how they explain everything in detail- so you don’t miss a thing.
I felt like they cared about my fur baby, and put my concerns at ease.
I’ll be bringing all the pups here before they are re-homed.
I HIGHLY recommend them!”

“This grooming salon works very hard, and i appreciate the women who work there. They all try their best to accommodate many people and their fur babies. They've done amazing jobs on their grooms as well as making each doggie feel welcomed and part of their salon family I've seen them get treated very badly and still get their grooms done. People should be more appreciative of other people's hard work. I would recommend every time. I appreciate you ladies and thank you for working so hard on keeping the puppies if Napa loved and beautiful”
“We just took our dog Britney to Dr Cornejo. I don't understand the poor reviews because our experience was excellent. Her husband Jose was friendly, and I think people are confusing his direct approach for ruddiness. Our experience with Jose was great and he was personable. Our dog had a hurt paw, and we were very happy with the service. Our dog is a Doberman and very particular of how she's handled, and Dr Cornejo was excellent with her. We found her to be very knowledgeable and we have already scheduled an appointment for her to see our other dogs. We paid with credit card. The cash only comment is incorrect. Highly recommend!”
“My American Cocker Spaniel hurt his left rear leg on the 7th of this month. I tried to get in every where in Napa an Cordelia for help .
I called a friend and she helped me with giving me names of places there.
I went to Napa River Pet Hospital wit him and Meet the nicest doctor and others there That took us in with just a small wait.
My dog had all kinds of x-rays to see the damage he had done.
Dr. John Moody took care of him an also told me what I would need to do.
Two days later after going through places to take him, I called back to Napa River an asked them if they would give me a referral to UC Davis . He now has appt with them to have it taken care of. I can not think him an their business for all the help they gave me.

“My cat had oral surgery here recently. Lena took excellent care of my little guy and everyone there was very nice! I couldn't have wished for a better experience. My cat was surprisingly happy after being picked up, his mouth is healing great and I got very helpful aftercare instructions. I would definitely come back and recommend this vet office to anyone.”
