Best USPS ever. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this one over the other USPS in Napa. They are incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Sometimes USPS can be a bit daunting, but they make the process so easy for you.

Coming on April Tuesday 19th at 11.20 am. The guy who's helping me name "SANJEEV"(I hope I get his name right) was so sweet and always nice and super helpful! I dropped off 2 packages on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I still haven't received an email stating they were in transit like I normally do , an hour after dropping them off . Today I go in to find out why. The lady told me to reprint the labels that I used because they would have the tracking number on them. Okay I go get them from home and come back, wait in line and get Leo. I gave him the labels and he tells me that he can't find them in the system. He told me that they were probably at the main office still and I should go there and talk to a supervisor. Mind you it's 5 minutes to 5 at this point and I am not making it across town in 5 minutes. I asked him if he could call for me and he said NO! It was too much work for Mr Leo. And I said that is fine I will just make a review. He told me to go ahead. Leo needs to be trained in customer service!

BEST customer service at a USPS in years! Came in here to buy a book of stamps, and got quite possibly the friendliest most helpful clerk ever. Love the mellow vibe in Napa, even at the post office!

I'm in awe of this majestic post office. It truly is awe inspiring, the building almost Royal in scope--huge! I've never seen such a massive building, as an architectural feat. Most post offices are a simple box or block of concrete or something. Not this. Oh no. It's gorgeous with brick façade, and the people were super friendly and helpful, not as if they were just there doing a job, which they were, but they seemed genuinely glad to be there. I had fun mailing my little parcel, for which I didn't actually need to hunt down a USPS location, but when I saw the building in the distance, I couldn't resist because I felt like if I didn't venture into it, I'd somehow be missing an opportunity. It sounds like I don't get out much for me to be raving about a post office but truly, the people just so sweet!

Never thought I'd write a review for the post office, but this location is hands down the best experience I've ever had at a USPS. I'm normally dreading the long lines and disgruntled employees but that's just not the case here. Special shout out for Xandrix -- he's so pleasant to work with and has a great sense of humor!
