Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I come here several times a week for deposits for work and have never had any issues. Very occasionally the line can be a bit long but my personal bank account is at RCU and the wait time and level of staffing seems comparable. Overall I am usually in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone that works here is friendly and competent. No complaints!

I've given Us Bank in Napa a fair try. It usually starts with the bank manager her vibe and attitude then trickles down . Below standard customer service, going above and beyond to find the best banking solution to fit your need is not in their vocabulary. Very distasteful and condasending talk and always a negative action.Yes there are 2 sides to every and each situation maybe different but I have yet to experience the TRUST & FAVOR you should get when a person has access and is the holder of your money. Ms. Stella Ruvacalba smile, be of welcome not with your finger pointing out downward so to speak. I asked to speak to manager(she has no managerial characteristics), she replied "IAM the manager!!" there is nobody that you can talk to . What about offering me an appointment? Apologizing for this issue banking issue and finding a solution. How about reassuring me with confidence a solution will be found. SHE DECIDE I WAS Rude and with out notice closed my account (2 out of 3 of them.)Live time over the weekend banking should be implemented. Fraud is on the rise and banks are getting hit especially this bank. I had 2 confirmed fraud money taken account without my permission in 1 year. I was treated poorly then call the teller said 1800# "I can't help you, next" - attitude. The young gentleman at the end is very nice, patient and full of banking knowledge i would never know if he was hungry or having a bad day. Thank you. Overdraft charges add up bc I have had fraud I deposit as I go I found that the deposits and the charges do not come as they are done. Merchants do play a role however it is simple keeping my ledger up to date with my transactions for that should be implemented.I was so excited to bank with us bank my enrollment specialist was very kind and took alot of pruide in Us Bank. I felt confident that I was in good care. I think it fair to say she would be appauld at this mishandling of my account & solution. Try calling customer service see how they act on the phone when you question your situation. Overall I have had a terrible experience and I'm so happy I did not put a business account ?.Best wishes to all. I hope you find this helpful when decing to bank with US BANK.Stella Ruvacalba what would have hurt to change your tune reassuring me that I would get me charges reversed, my app from this bank said yes my fees where being waived but you said, "No , no you will not!" Having compassion and care with customers goes along way. Don't judge unless you have walked a mile in their shoes.Us bank please call me to enter a complaint.

I went to the Napa branch to get info on opening an account. They have a great rate posted for a CD online. 2 of the tellers were just chatting away, finally they looked at me and said please wait..... They chatted again for a few minutes, then one called me over. I asked to talk to someone about opening up an account. No other customers were was in the bank but myself and 1 other person another teller was working with. I was told i'd have to make an appointment with a banker and the soonest was 2 days from now and at some time that I couldn't do. I asked the teller so you will really let me walk out the door with money I'd like to open an account with? she said sir, you have to make an appointment. What TERRIBLE customer service... I walked out. Little does she know how much money I was going to deposit in their bank. I totally feel like I was profiled and looked down upon. I am glad I didn't open an account now. after doing some yelping I see poor customer service seems to be in this branch's specialty. All I can say is WOW

I always come in on a monthly basis to make a deposit to someone's else account. Usually there are 3 tellers and only 1 is working. Don't dare come in in a Friday. Only 1 teller working with 6 people in line. There's another teller just sitting at the desk behind teller line. She could be taking direct deposits at least. The majority of tellers here are very unprofessional. Maybe one or two that I've encountered are nice. I had considered banking here in the past but my thoughts on that have definitely changed.

At this day and age they still micro agress... I went to this bank yesterday to withdraw an amount that cannot be taken out of the machine. Due to poor internet connection at their branch I wasn't able to check the balance on my phone so I told the teller that I have my ATM and ID. She showed me a printout and said I don't have enough balance to take out that amount, I cannot withdraw because the inquiry is only one time. I do my banking at the Vallejo branch, they never treated me like a minority.

I am writing you because of one of your US BANKS located at 880 Jefferson St, Napa, CA 94559. My wife and I have been members since 2006 and we are fed up with this branch for many reasons. First The Manager was extremely rude and does not like to take calls from customers, so after 4 separate attempts to talk to her, I finally had to drive to Napa to speak with her and tried to get information about balance transfers, she responded real rude and told me any one of the tellers can give me the information, I tried to do this a few times and the tellers could not answer some of my questions and they told me I should speak with the Manager and so I tried. So I asked her if she would help me with the transfer and she repeated that any teller could help and that she could not be bothered with what she said was a simple transaction, so I asked if she please help me understand and help me with this transaction and she did so reluctantly and during this time she repeated several time that any teller could do this and said she didn't really have time for this and told me not to speak with her about these types of transactions again. So I left feeling awful for even coming in to this branch, even though it's nearest branch to us which takes 45 minutes from my house. Another issue with this branch is when my wife writes me a check and it is a US BANK check and ask that it be available because I have to pay bills and they say sure it will be available since it's a US BANK check. I go home and find out it's not and that they outright lie to us on many occasions, few times when it is available. My wife and I are considering taking out all of our accounts and going with another bank because we are tired of the rude customer service and all the lies that come from this branch and a Manager that doesn't care whatsoever about her customers. We are both fed up with US BANK at this time and are seeking other banks that treat their customers with respect and dignity they deserve. Also if you look at the reviews of this branch they rate one star and for the very same reasons I have told you about. This Manager should not be working for any bank with distaste for US BANK customers that she can't be bother with and with very bad customer relations and gross incompetence. My wife today told me that we need to look for a friendly bank that cares about us as customers, for she was really upset about the outright lies told to her time and time again. I myself do want to stay with US BANK but I find it hard to argue with my wife when I know she is right and Monday we're going to look for another Bank to do all of our banking with, because I don't think that this letter will do any good to change this branch and or the policies of this bank. If this is the policies of banking at US BANK has, then we do not want anything to do with you, because we are fed up and tired of being treated like garbage I also sent a copy to USB Corporate

Be careful of us bank atms the other one in napa at smith's stole 600 dollars from me when I attempted to deposi$1200 and it miscounted claiming $900 had been put in. Obviously I pressed cancel to get my money back and the machine only returned me $600 and gave me no receipt since the transaction was canceled. Worst banking experience of my life. Hand money to in person banker and don't trust the atm!

Batting a thousand for customer service, again. My daughter deposited a check last week before going overseas and was informed today that her check has a '10 day business hold'. In the hundreds of checks I have deposited over 2+ decades, NONE have been held this long. And no one answers their phone....

Not an awesome experience for me as a small business person. Staff are kind and helpful but bank wide policies and procedures have been difficult. My very small business fell prey to COVID19 and it is what it is but I will use a smaller more personal credit union in future.

Not happy about this bank I had to come twice to get a check for me And I m still waiting. On person was very rude The other person I think her name was Adriana ? Try to help but still a didn't accomplish nothing Very disappointed
