The woman who picked up. Must have been having a horrible day. When Trying to figure out where my package was she kept telling stop yelling. I Did not yell once…
I am very soft spoken person so it’s a shock she would even resort to something so absurd. Responded calmly and she continued to boil over with anger for no apparent reason.
Refused to give me her name.
Proceeded to tell me stop wasting her time . She’s not giving me any info on my package . I’m harassing her and hung up.
typical horrible attitude of an employee that should not be working representing UPS. What a shame of an employee.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to get a package and it says they close at 1 on the google app, but got there and apparently they close at noon, got there at 12:30 and it was already close, need to change the schedule because it’s not a place that is even near

I had a packaged shipped from Tennessee on 12/172021. The package was dropped off a UPS Store for delivery.On 12/21/2021 Package was in Transit and due to be delivered on 12/24/2021. NO PACKAGE!12/27/2021 The update shows nothing all the previous information is gone.I called the 800 number .Automated system said the package had been dropped off at a UPS Store. I called the surrounding UPS Stores to no avail.The sender and I have both been on the phone trying to resolve the issue, Customer Service is useless.They take your money and don't care. There is NO Customer Service any longer.

Appears Driver stealing packages. Twice orders from costco did not show up. The tracking said released by driver at the door. I was home both times and no UPS truck around. Checked with neighbors nada. Fed ex and USPS no problem. Get couple of shipments a week. I have an enclosed patio so even if they did deliver it would not be taken. I am certain that the truck never got her.

Sent a customer an order from mississippi. They put it on the truck to deliver saturday but took it back to the building. Then went out for delivery this morning. My customer lives 7 minutes from the ups store and they said she should have it by 10. Napa valley is not even that big to take alllllll day to do a delivery. Then the customer service acted like they didnt even care. I think from now on i will never use UPS again. Twice in the last month ups has screwed up and delayed and switched my shipment dates. You gets no love from me ups.. not one drop. Last time i use you.

Sent a customer an order. They put it on the truck for delivery thennit was in process at facility againhas been out for delivery since this morning. Its 37 minutes to 6.. customer lives 7 mins from this location but they wont get it until 10pm. Totally unacceptable.. Napa valley is not even that big to take all day to do a delivery. customer service didnt even care. Never again will we ship ups. Spread the word!!!!

Horrible customer service. No attempt to understand the customer, just yelling at you the whole time. Also, lots of back and forth with calling different numbers and misinformation about who can authorize what. I spoke with someone named Noema or Norma twice and both times she was unnecessarily impatient and rude. I was dreading having to call about my package because people who work in customer service are rarely in the mood to actually provide customer service. Unfortunately, I was right. The other guy who transferred my call was not very accommodating either.
