When it comes to bad service, this unit at Napa Valley is the worst of all that we have encountered. We are from Singapore and thus we did not drive to do shopping at Premium Outlet. This is the first time we shop at Tommy Hilfiger and really loved the clothings. We spent more than 4 hours at this shop from 12pm and picked up clothes for ourselves and our family, and in the even bought 44 clothings and spent more than $1500.First we asked if there is any delivery to our hotel in San Francisco and the lady supervisor replied in a curt manner “No!” and walked away. Feeling a bit taken aback, we asked the young guy cashier again and he mentioned that the shipping service is only for those who ordered online.Then we were told by the same cashier that we can get 15% off if we register our member and 20% if we know anyone who is a member. By then he had scanned all items. Thus we asked another shopper if he can let us use his membership and he graciously agreed. After he was done with his shopping, and payment, he was ready to give his details but the same rude lady supervisor came over and told the sales guy not to do it as he would have to scan all the items again and this is considered Very Troublesome. The cashier had no choice but to obey.By then we were already quite annoyed by the attitude of her and her guy colleague not in uniform who seemed to approve of her action. Both then stand at the entrance and chat among themselves while looking in our direction once a while.Then we asked to confirm the request that we can leave our paid items ( in a total of 3 big paper bags) to be retrieved before the store close at 7pm, ( as we wanted to shop other shops and then take everything together and take Uber back to our hotel) and the other cashier lady previously had also agreed to leave it within the counter for safe-keeping.When the guy cashier walked over to ask the same lady supervisor again, she replied in Spanish back and he came back apologetically that he was told that he cannot leave it Within the counter but outside the counter which anyone passing by can just take the bags or even steal single items as it would be near the entrance.Surely this is a deliberate discrimination against us. We decided to take the bags and go over to Samsonite to buy their luggage to pack the items. We also walked back to the shop and took a photo of these two supervisors and informed them that we would lodged a complaint, which both challenged us to go ahead.This whole discriminating event showed the lack of customer service of Tommy Hilfiger as compared to other shops such as Samsonite and Polo Ralph Lauren which we will compliment later in their website.Being tourists from Singapore, our complaint here may be take lightly or even ignored. Nevertheless, we felt that Justice should be served and some form of warnings or demotion should be implemented to these two who prevented their other colleagues to do the right thing to let customers feel welcome.We were so tempted go back the next day and return ALL THE ITEMS to spite the shop, but decide against such silly and meaningless act ( which is allowed within 90 days).
