la verdad tengo una mala experiencia con los trabajadores de coliseum mi esposo compró unos guantes para mi niño para portero pero lamentablemente no era de su talla fuimos a cambiarlos y ya no los quisieron cambiar porque dijieron que estaban sudados y que ya estaban usados esta es la segunda vez que asen eso y se portan muy déspotas! tenga mucho cuidado cuando compren algo ahí!

Bought an authentic soccer jersey from them, unfortunately it arrived and i noticed a hole in it. Contacted their store number and they told me to call the customer service number, where nobody ever answers. Tried emailing too, no response. Terrible customer service.

I came to buy items, business was guaranteed!! And the employees working on 5/26/2022 locked the doors early before closing time and and turn off the lights when we were at the door. Very disappointed. Don't come to this store.

Well first of all they dont keep to their word, so that would be a start. They screwed up the shipping of my item (I paid for USPS shipping as my receipt shows, but they sent it UPS which cost them less but I was charged handling fees) I emailed Coliseum Sports about the issue and they told me that I would be refunded for those charges. So I went ahead and paid the charges expecting I would be refunded, but since then they have ignored all my emails completely. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, very shady business practices. Trying to make money off of the shipping fee that I paid is completely wrong (UPS is cheaper than USPS to Canada), these guys are scum bags.

One of the worst customer service experiences that i have ever had. They sent me a package via the wrong shipping company (I paid for USPS shipping but they chose to use UPS probably because they are cheaper to send to Canada than USPS, so it seems like they were trying to make money off of my shipping fee). I contacted them about the issue and was promised a refund for the taxes/handling fees that UPS charge as long as I accepted the package and paid for the taxes/handling fees out of my own pocket. Which I did, I then sent them the receipt for how much I am owed but since then I have heard nothing and they are ignoring my emails. Bad business practices going on at this place. THEY SCREWED UP MY ORDER AND ARE DOING NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. Be wary when ordering from them.

I walked into the store wanting to try on a pair of shoes, and I ask for my size and the guy brings out the shoes and hands them to me, I asked if they price matched, he said no, he asked if I was just going to try on the shoe or if I was going to buy, I said I was just going to try on the shoe because I didn't have the money on me, he took the shoe away from me and said go try somewhere else and still had the nerve to smile at me. Had me pissed
