Really dislike the self-check out lanes closing at 8:00 pm: would be great if you could leave them open a bit longer as it gets busy in the evenings!! Lines get really backed up quickly, and it doesn’t help to have only 2-3 registers open.
I should also add, the South Target doesn’t pull off these shenanigans, so if unless you wish to waste at least 20 min waiting in line, go to the other, more efficient Target.

I’ve shopped at this store for many years and it is not the same as I remember it. I have gotten to know some of the employees here since I come so frequently. I noticed an employee I used to see regularly was no longer there whenever I went. I thought, maybe they switched their schedule, but they just aren’t being scheduled! An employee I talked to the other day said that the employee is barely getting any shifts. They said they’re lucky if they get at least 20 hours a week. What are people supposed to do with 20 hours? This explains why some of the shelves have become more and more empty. I was having trouble finding a number of things the other day, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and even water. It’s my understanding that there is some new management, and that is what is causing a lot of the trouble. Scheduling, not feeling supported by supervisors, etc. I really hope this store turns around and treats their employees better.

I moved to Napa 7 years ago, and have always enjoyed this store. I've been a Target shopper since I was a teenager, and spent my career i retail management for 31 years. The selection of products is fine, there are always staff stocking the shelves etc. The issue is trying to check out. I was first told by the customer service staff member that "we have been told not to open and self checkout lanes until after 10 AM. I was there today at 10:30, and the self check lanes were blocked off. There were 2 cashiers and at least 15-20 customers trying to buy their products. When you have 5 items, and have to wait in a huge line to buy them, it comes to a point that you don't want to shop there anymore. I have called the customer service line in MN twice to complain, but nothing changes. At this point, I plan to shop elsewhere (which is hard to do in Napa, CA) but the level of customer service is just too poor. When you open your doors for business, you should have plenty of registers open so that people can get in and out quickly. Otherwise you might as well have a museum. Look, but don't buy.

3rd time in a Target store this month. This store is GREAT! The selection of products is gargantuan. We've bought housewares, greeting cards, groceries, and 3M Velcro Adhesive Wall hangers. (Best-In-Class Inventory on these magical hangers).Target is my new Go-to store!

We stopped here on our weekend in Napa. I was pleased to see at the entrance was a set up of sparkling wine bottles from, I forgot the name but I was tempted to buy. I was looking for Napa souvenirs, wine souvenirs with the words Napa on it. Didn't see any. Workers said they don't carry that. I thought it'd be like the Target near Disneyland that sells tons of Disney souvenirs for a fraction of the cost, but look like they came from the park. While here, I also bought some sunglasses since I forgot mine at home. The store was pretty clean. Liked the 2 entrance options.

Target is a great place to get what you need they have just about everything else they even have a Starbucks sitting there where you can get some coffee or apple or whatever I suggest you try to Target
