I love this Supercuts! Most of the staff have been working here for many years and they all do great jobs!! The hours are a little different but it makes me happy to see the staff get some normalcy for scheduling. I think that contributes to how awesome the attitudes are of all the stylists! I moved out of Napa but I’ll still drive here for a service with someone I trust!!

Supercuts is a great place to get a haircut. The cosmetologists here are always friendly and willing to listen and adapt to your desired haircut.Pro tip, if you think you will frequent a particular Supercuts location you can ask them to put your haircut into the computer under your phone number. That way whenever you come back they will have your haircut description stored and described by a licensed cosmetologist.

100% recommend to anyone looking for a swag a** solid do! Best Mohawk I've ever got. Staff was incredibly encouraging and super supportive and all assisted on my 7 inch Mohawk. One even suggested to make it a dark wine red and it's the most incredible thing I've ever done to me hair!!!!!

How d*** is it that Supercuts Napa closes at 5? Most people get off work at 5p so you have to get a haircut on the weekend and wh when I try to get a haircut on the weekend it's harder than getting a reservation at the French Laundy because everyone that couldn't get a haircut during the week are trying to get in on the weekend! Pathetic unprofessional disrespectful service. I called this morning, made an 11:40 appointment. Got there at 11:39, checked in with the receptionist, she said "there is 1 more ahead of you". The only other customer in the waiting room then got up right in front of me and a stylist started cutting his hair. There was 1 other stylist cutting hair, she finished, and completely ignored me for about 10 minutes after she was done and had nothing to do. Seriously? What's the point of making an appointment if walk-ins can take your place when you are on time? Why does an available stylist ignore you and not cut your hair?
