Love this place. The staff are amazing and super professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Extra benefits like a small moving truck you can use make this a stand out facility in my mind.

Barbara at StorePRO of Napa, California was incredible! She helped me out at the end of the day to rent a space that we needed as our moving plans changed. She was so welcoming, took me to see various units that could work for us and got it rented and reserved the truck for us all before she was leaving from her shift!! I am so grateful for her "can do" attitude! She was a bright spot in a very stressful week! Thank you Barbara for your help that day and for helping us out during a stressful time.

Not bad for what you get but the customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't update info when you request it and then expect you to remember every detail of a lease signed years ago even when you ask specifically what it takes to close the account and aren't told. No leniency no respect given. I was treated like I did something criminal and not helped at all. I DO NOT recommend using this facility. They also changed my rent multiple times with no notice and nearly doubled it 6 months after raising it.
