AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. You are better off getting a table at the flea market and selling your items because these people here will go into your unit, if they like what they see then they will auction it off and have people who will bid for it and win it. A big Win Win for them and a huge lose lose for you. Either go with local establishments who are trustworthy or risk your belongings with the shiesters here

The units inside are well lit, no need for flash lights, the sizes are perfect and kept clean.
Diana has extraordinary customer service ? welcoming, professional and accommodating,

I recently had a disastrous experience with Storage Star Devlin Rd Storage. Despite taking advantage of a two-month free online special, I was left in the dark about my balance. Multiple phone calls to both the local office and corporate headquarters yielded no results, even after providing my updated contact information. Shockingly, corporate's system was down, and my messages went unreturned.
To my horror, I discovered that my belongings, including irreplaceable items like jewelry and the ashes of my beloved German Shepherds, were auctioned off without notice. A thorough review of my emails and postal mail revealed no notification of the auction.
My experience suggests that storage units prioritize profit over customer care, exploiting even the slightest margin of error. The facility manager's unprofessional demeanor, lacking empathy and basic courtesy, only compounded the issue. She failed to introduce herself, and our interaction was curt and dismissive.
In retrospect, I'm not surprised by the lack of accountability. Research reveals that storage facilities often have policies in place to auction off contents without thoroughly notifying customers. It's alarming that they seemingly prioritize profit over protecting customers' valuable possessions.
I urge others to exercise caution when using storage units and carefully review the terms and conditions. My experience serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and seeking alternative solutions for safeguarding one's belongings."

Moved my grandmother's stuff from one storage unit, in Napa, to Storage Star by the Napa Airport, and it was half the monthly rental price with better storage accommodations.

Folks that were managing the store front were very nice, professional and flexible as I chose a different storage unit than originally reserved. Pricing was excellent compared to other nearby facilities.
