The Napa tech department lacks integrity regarding the transfer of data from old computer to new. Was told everything was working & 100% transferred, old product codes were functional, but NOT TRUE! Management was no help whatsoever.

I needed something done quickly for a work project. I was willing to pay the extra money and sent my files like asked. No one ever responded to me or tried to help me. I wish there were better print options in Napa.

I took a photo and to have it enlarged. Celeste (whom I've worked with before) worked her magic... And the poster actually came out better than the picture... Unbelievable!!! Celeste is also so professional and astute... And just so pleasant to work with!!!

I was very pleased with the associate that had helped me mail very large boxes. Her name was Stephanie. She was very helpful and she had a great personality. I was very happy to have such a responsible and efficient employee to take time to explain everything I wanted to know about all the merchandise, I was interested in ... I definitely will shop there again and I hope to see Stephanie there again sincerely, Terra

I was having problems in the copy center, and Celeste was so very helpful. She was very busy, but stopped and helped me out tremendously. I was so very frustrated by the copy machines and she was so calm, cool and relaxed and took such great care of me. Whatever you are paying her at Staples is not enough! Thank you so much Celeste!

Celeste was GREAT. Really laid back and very relaxed young lady who helped me out tremendously when I was having problems in the copy center. Okay so they no longer have a whole bunch of items corporate has dis ontinued so if its on the site that doesn't mean it's in store. Yes they shred, yes it's cheap, but not as cheap as throwing in a pile of soil and breaking apart for compost. The ink deal for returning cartridges is great, but not as much as you save in gas not going. The store is clean, and employees are genuinely kind, and funny too. Don't think the bulk prices are fair? Its worse in store. If they discounted when you buy 2 they'd get a hold on some business and keep it.

Lots of selections and Has everything I need! I get desk supplies and cards here and they have helped me make create and start a fresh new look to my lil booth. The 2 employees that were right there when I needed them and always were polite and patient with me were Emily and Becca. Such sweet ladies.

They have what I need. However, the enticement to bring my used printer cartridge in for credit was not productive. I did not understand the cashier's instructions, and there are too many hoops to jump through before getting the credit. Not worth the effort.
