I stayed here for 5 days with my family. The 5 days were peace and tranquility, there was no noise, everything was safe. The rooms are clean and large. the pool clean. The employers are very kind, the houskeeping and the kitchen girls are very friendly and are always attentive to your needs. I am very satisfied and very grateful. Don't forget to leave a tip. Thank you for everything.

Hidden Gem Near Napa Airport – Comfort Meets Style at SpringHill Suites
If you’re looking for a place that’s not just convenient but also charming, SpringHill Suites Napa Valley is a standout. Located right by the Napa airport and just a stone’s throw from LA Strada, it’s easy to get to and offers a lot more than your average hotel.
The suites are gorgeous, with a layout that breaks away from the usual cookie-cutter design. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and far from the typical square box with a bed and a dingy bathroom. Everything here feels fresh and thoughtfully designed, making it both a comfortable and affordable option for a Napa getaway.
Whether you’re in town for a quick stopover or a longer stay, this place is well worth considering.

Well, this Cabernet mood turned to Pinot Grigio fast! The service here went flatter than a box of Franzia at a frat party. Turns out, Chateau Frustrating only ferments regret. Arrived, ready to rest only to discover I'd booked for, well, the previous night. My best pleading couldn't uncork a shred of sympathy from the front desk. Maybe they were saving all the charm for guests with the correct vintage?
Elite phone customer support finally uncorked a response, but it wasn't exactly a vintage Chateau Margaux. Luckily, I managed to snag a room at a charming different location only 1 1/2 hours away with staff who knew the difference between Cabernet and cough syrup.
Moral of the story? Chateau Frustrating might be geographically located in Napa, but their customer service is firmly rooted in the vinegar district. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like a spilled Merlot on a white tablecloth. There are plenty of other Napa gems waiting to be explored, with staff who appreciate the finer things in life (like happy guests!).
Their response to my review? After contacting the Elite support line and submitting a support ticket, the hotel finally offered to assist. However, the help provided still needed to be improved and was disrespectful. When I raised this issue in a review, the hotel's response criticized me via email, claiming they hadn't had the opportunity to help, which was not true. The whole problem started when I asked the check-in agent if she could "help us," after she informed us the dates were the previous night and her response to our simple "can you help us" was a flat "no." The issue here is as a 7 year gold and platinum elite customer there was zero consideration of our family's scenario and zero assistance offered, only a quick "no." She did ask of I'd like to pay again for two rooms for the night. Marriott, you're usually a smooth Merlot, but this stay left a taste worse than a forgotten bottle of Chardonnay in the back of the fridge. So just say "no" to this location.

A Huge Thank You to Sharon and Stephanie at SpringHill Suites Napa Valley!
I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Napa Valley and I have to say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Napa, and that's saying something! I've stayed at a few different places in the area, but the service at SpringHill Suites was truly top-notch.
A big shoutout to Sharon and Stephanie at the front desk! They were both incredibly friendly, positive, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their suggestions for things to do in Napa were spot on.
Thanks to their recommendations, I was able to experience some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. Their local knowledge was invaluable, and it really made my trip even more enjoyable.
If you're looking for a hotel in Napa Valley with exceptional service and a friendly staff, then look no further than SpringHill Suites. Ask for Sharon or Stephanie at the front desk – they'll take great care of you!
Rooms: Clean and quiet!
Nearby activities: Wine tasting. Napa downtown and Oxbow.

Room was not very clean (mold in shower, poop on side of toilet, spider in bed, etc.). Was very disappointed in this stay and will probably leave my reservation early.

Air conditioner in the room was loud and woke me up in the middle of the night. Kept switching between high and low and would click every time. Ended up having to turn the darn thing off at 2:15am.
Slept terribly from then on.
Staff was good.
Didn’t try the breakfast.
Location was fine.
Wouldn’t come back here. I stay in hotels fairly regularly and nowhere near the top of my list.
