I took my Mercedes to Silverado for a rips in the seat and for surfaces of the steering wheel that were flaking off. They have a “magician” who comes in once a week just work on cars. In all cases, the repairs were flawless. Seat and steering wheel is as good as new. Expensive? Yes. They had to take the seat off and apart. But I’m sure it was less than the dealer would have charged and much less than a new seat or steering wheel.
These guys are perfectionists. If you love your car and want its interior to keep looking like new, you need to pay Silverado a visit.

I have an older couch my family loves to cuddle up on. The cushions became saggy.
I brought the cushions to Kayla, she said "no problem". We discussed price and timing. Kayla did a great job and the cushions make sitting on the couch enjoyable again. Once I brought the cushions home all family members piled on the cushions and everyone said "These are great".
Thank you Kayla. Silverado Upholstery gets my vote!!

I had a vintage sofa from the late 1960s that was in dire need of reupholstery. Silverado was quick to reply and their price was fair. An added bonus is that they came to pick up plus delivered it after completion. Thank you. Could not be happier with the service received from Kayla and the Silverado Upholstery Team. I recently brought my Ford Transit Limo Van to Silverado Upholstery in Napa for some much-needed upgrades. While they advertise a wide range of services including upholstery, electrical, and fabrication, my experience was mixed. They had my vehicle for a month and charged $3,000. Despite requesting secure mounting for the privacy panels, they ended up loosely screwed into the plastic trim, which became evident during a crucial event. A competitor suggested it could have been done faster and cheaper elsewhere. On the bright side, the additional lighting they installed looks fantastic, but the LED lights were haphazardly moved and frequently fall down. The $1,800 door panel "fabrication" fee seemed excessive as no real changes were made. After returning for fixes, I was charged an extra $300. While the staff are friendly, I'd recommend Silverado Upholstery strictly for upholstery jobs, not complex installations.

I had a small job to do, and I dropped in and saw Karina, the owner. The velcro strip that secures the door to my electric boat needed help. It was literally hanging by a thread. She was knowledgeable and helpful right away. She took care of the job, for which a special needle and knowhow is needed. She is a smart businessperson, too. I will be back for my uoholstering needs, and I will tell my friends. Thank you.

These guys are the best! They are problem solvers! They replaced my VW Beetle convertible top and it's fantastic! It looks amazing. I get compliments constantly about it and asked where did I have the job done. The technicians on staff are excellent, they even fixed the problem I had with my rear window. I worked with Patrick and the owner Kayla, very respectful and nice people. I recommend them HIGHLY!

I have a close to vintage S2000 that needed a new top. A fine new top was installed but what was great is that they offered me a set of seats they had in stock from a prior job that was cancelled when the customers car sold. I had them go ahead and put them as they were offered at half price ( actually my wife did it as a present for me). The top is sharp and the interior now looks like a classic. Outstanding!!! My very expensive work suitcase tore and it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix and take about 6 weeks to get back from the manufacturer. Based on a friend's recommendation, I brought it to Silverado Upholstery in hopes they could repair it. Not only did they repair it on the spot but it looked like new. Kayla and the team are wonderful. They are all about the community and helping others. I would not hesitate going back to them for any and all of my upholstering needs.

Kudos to Silverado Upholstery on their service level and customer follow-up. They repaired my auto upholstery about a year ago and work needed to be fixed a few months later. Fixes made with no questions asked. I was impressed with the new scheduling and customer service updates they have made to their business
