“This is, without a doubt, the TOP retail purchasing experience I have ever had. That is primarily, if not solely due to the amazing staff at the Napa, California store that just popped up couple years ago. Needless to say, I was beyond excited when I discovered there would be a free people store literally 6-minute drive from my home. That said, I am unintentionally, without a doubt, the biggest pain-in-the butt customer a store could get. I honestly don’t mean to be, it’s just the way it is. From late returns, showing up right before closing, etc etc. But no matter when I arrive, or the inevitable high maintenance needs I require during my visits, Michelle, the sweetest and most professional of managers you could possibly have representing your company (and amazing products)is always so warm, welcoming, and never flinches at whatever drama I bring with me upon arrival. Isabel is also a standout. I do believe she was recently moved up (wise choice?) it’s like I have my own personal stylists helping me out each and every visit. I don’t want to forget to mention Kimberly, whose always amazing…along with Jackie. A team full of winners you’ve got here in Napa and I’m long overdue to thank all of these kind ladies for always making me feel stylish and welcome. I can try even the most patient of peeps…but these ladies always welcome me with open arms and complete professionalism. Thank ya’ll!!?Gina L”
“You know when it's going to be a great shopping day when you arrive at an Outlet Mall and the first store you walk into has a great selection in your size. Well we hit the jackpot here at ColeHaan coming away with sizes for both of us. Not only did they have what we ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes but the young gal who waited on us at 11:30 am on Friday morning was great. We always stop by at this store when we come to any Outlet but a pro tip is to come when they open and try to avoid the busy weekends.”

“As a customer at Red Wing, I received top notch service from Alfonso and walked away with a superior pair of work boots.
I was greeted immediately by Alfonso. I explained that I needed a pair of work boots for weed whacking and outdoor work. Alfonso was informative and professional. Their stock of women’s shoes/boots was a bit limited but Alfonso mentioned that they should get more of a selection in the store. However, they can order any brand you see on their website.
Good-bye to the old metal Brannock device for measuring feet. Red Wing Stores have new technology that creates a 3-D scan; they say for an ultimate fit. The quirky technology and large purchase brought out a playful side in me. Alfonso was able to adjust to my lighthearted mood. He was affable yet still focused on the purpose of my visit.
While at the register, he seamlessly switched to Spanish and greeted another customer, saying he’d help him shortly. Communicative skills in two languages-nice!
My goal was achieved and I walked out with my fancy work boots. Alfonso and the work boots made a positive difference in my day. Currently in Napa, you can hear the buzz of weed whackers across the valley. Listen closely, you may be able to hear me humming above the buzz because I am happy, safe, and wearing my new Red Wing work boots.

“This is a shout for Julie at Lark Shoes in Napa Outlets. When the heel caps fell off a pair of boots I had purchased at the store, Julie went above and beyond to help me get a resolution. I don't live close to Napa, so Julie gave me her cell and we managed to get my boots repaired using the mail, so I didn't have to drive all the way back. She also contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to see if there was anything they could do. Julie kept a communication channel open at all stages of repair and even kept a new pair of boots aside for me, in case something happened during the repair or mailing process. She was also super nice and was a pleasure to do business with!”
