10:30Pm 03/08/2024 I recently visited Loop Shell with a friend, and our experience with one of the staff members was extremely disappointing. There was a lady working there who was rude. My friend and I asked for a cigar, and I showed her my ID as required. However, when it came time to pay, she completely ignored us. I offered to pay instead, but she refused, saying she wouldn’t sell to me and then proceeded to kick us out.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the customer service at Loop Shell. Ignoring customers and refusing to serve them is not only rude but also unprofessional. I hope the management takes action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy in the future.

NEVER deal with this gas station. Its pumps malfunction; and I was charged $180 for $60 worth of gas. They refused to give me a refund of $120, which I am owed.

Horrible customer service.. 2 pumps cars readers don't work, paid for a car wash pump wouldn't print receipt went to get receipt inside store locked clerk in car smoking near pumps.. said was on his lunch and would be another 20-25 mins and I could come back.. this has station literally stole $12 from me by not granting me a receipt for car wash code

I stopped here to use the vacuum, which cost me $1.50. My car was barely dirty inside, but since I just went through the car wash (which was fine) I figured I should do it all! I pulled everything out of my car so I was ready to go once I put the coins in. I moved quickly around my car with the vacuum hose, but the time ran out before I finished! What a waste of money. Don't use the vacuum here. I'll stick to the place by my house, which offers more than enough time to complete the task, even if your car is filthy (as mine was last time I went.)

Steer clear of this gas station! gas pump do not print receipt if you purchased a car wash. Must go inside to get receipt expect the door is locked and a sign posted be back in 30 minutes. Waited 25 minutes just to get the receipt from a very rude person.

Customer service is terrific. I went in for gas & car wash @ 11am. Lady was patient, helpful & extremely pleasant. $13 Car wash was worth every penny ?. This is my forever gas station

Went there to get air for my nearly flat tire. I got gas too top off then went to the air station. I saw an employee smoking within 30 feet of the gas pumps and another inside. The one inside was nice and let me know the pump may not be working but he will try to turn it on for me. It had no sign so I tried it. Didn’t work went inside told him he said try again and it still didn’t work. He came outside to check on me and apologized he was told it worked. I was upset but he was very nice to check on me and apologize. I’m rating this place 3 stars for no sign on broken stuff and for the employees smoking so close. Tell them to take a walk don’t smoke so close to the pumps especially in towns known to have fires.

Absolutely avoid the car wash here! Their drive through car wash nearly ripped off my bumper! I don't know what it is about these but they are dangerous for your car. We told the clerk about it and all we got was a shrug and an offer for a discount next time. A discount for damaging my car! I've attempted to call corporate but so far no luck. Car owners beware, these car washes are dangerous.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place yesterday and i have to say the staff were very accommodating. A big shout goes out to Nico who helped me out tremendously. Thank you so much. It's because of places having staff that go out of their way to help that bring people back. For people to even be working on turkey day is a great service in itself. Thank you again. I will definitely be back here ?

So I come by to get some fuel door is closed sing say employees on break which I understand but how is there no manager working at this time to help out plus sing days will be back at 9 :10 picture was taken at 9:23 still no one around
