The service staff was very friendly, as well as helpful. They described functions in my Prius I needed to know. I am glad of where they are. They know the community well and could answer questions which helped me easily reach my destination.

This is the worst it says open 24hours not true 7AM and it's closed most of the time plus the employee is always out and the front is closed.

Stay away from 1491 Trancas St Shell gas station! The manager tends to close the convenience store for 30 min during the day while he takes a break ignoring and inconveniencing the customer who has just finished putting gas in his or her car. Also, customer can't get receipt at the pump unless you see the cashier. This place is a joke!

The Shell station on Trancas in Napa, California should be avoided. NEVER deal with this gas station. Its pumps malfunction; and I was charged $180 for $60 worth of gas. They refused to give me a refund of $120, which I am owed.

Wish I could give this spot 0 stars. Like mentioned in other reviews, the lady who works there is difficult. Loud, rude AF, and just looks like she's been through some serious $hit, so she takes it out on everyone. Not worth patronizing and coming into contact with this lady. Better off going anywhere else, literally anywhere else.

-10 stars. The short old lady with the fried hair and cheap Locs sunglasses is rude AF. Go to the cheap gas station down Lincoln or the Chevron right next to it also on Lincoln by Walmart. Or maybe go to the shell further down the road anywhere else would be better. This snake isn't worth your time or money. She has a sign every morning that says she's in the back and to "yell for her", yet when you do she gets all pissy and throws her attitude around. She gives no acknowledgement that she heard you when you yell for her the first time. God forbid you yell for her a second time because maybe, I don't know, you need gas? She's a real, Cee U Next Tuesday. Just go somewhere else.

Rude cashiers who actually cuss the customers out right in front of other customers. And all we wanted was a car wash. Sad to say think the manager knows bout their attitude and didn't seem to calm them down or care.

I’ve had two horrible experiences at this gas station with the same person. She works around the 10 AM hour during the week. I have gone in to ask to use the restroom after pumping gas and was made to feel that I should not be using the restroom! She wanted to know what car I was driving and if I had pumped gas at the gas station. Then she tells me that the gas station is not really open to the public for use and that the gas station is looking to have it removed. She has made me feel uncomfortable twice in my experience at this gas station rest stop. In my opinion she is a bigot!
