I used Sean for the purchase of a home. My transaction was not a simple one but he and Olivia were so on top of everything it made it go so smoothly!
I was prequalified by him before I was fully ready to make an offer and his advice for getting my package together was invaluable in the process.
I shopped the rates and he was by far the best. He also has access to many programs the average banks & loan officers do not.
Will definitely be using him for future loan needs!

We were about 10 days from our closing date and had a pre-approved loan from a different local broker. We called them to check in because we hadn't heard anything from them in weeks and closing was coming fast. The told us not to worry, we had a month left before we closed. There was no way the deal was going to get done relying on the other broker. As this point our agent recommended we give Sean a call. Starting from scratch and with only days to get it done, Sean pulled it all together and much to our surprise even got us a much better rate! For most people, including us, a house purchase is the biggest purchase of a lifetime. Sean Marek is the guy you want on your team. He's trustworthy, he's fast, and he truly cares about his clients. I can't say enough about how impressed we are with his work. Thank you Sean, your the best!!!
