I'd give it less that 1 star if I could. Ruff is a truly rough experience. Just AWFUL!!! The blow up doll condescending know it all that runs this joint couldn't be more arrogant and off putting. So disrespectful and rude. I didn't understand the drop off policy, and my FIRST time dropping my dog off, I went at the wrong time. I've never been treated like such a child by another adult that I'm paying for their services. I was schooled and ripped a new a hole for my mistake. When I came to pick up my dog, she was COVERED in wet mud. "She found the one dirty spot on the lot." This is beyond weird because it's out of her character. Not to mention the now immediate need to groom her after PAYING for day CARE!!! The next day when I went to take my dog to return for daycare, my dog refused. I had to drag her in by her collar. This was very alarming because this is very unusual behavior for my dog. I usually can't keep her IN the car. Don't take your dog here. A dog moms intuition. I got her inside and took her right back out. If you wanna pay to be treated like garbage this is the place for you!

Well run. Our boy seemed to like it.

We've taken our dog two times to Ruff, once overnight and once for daycare. Our dog is 10 months old and he's exhausted for 24 hours after the visit. They won't share photos with us during his visit so I'm questioning the experience he is having.

Ruff to the rescue! Our hyper active husky can't get enough play days at Ruff. He races out of the car to the door every time we show up. This place has been our saving grace, giving mom and dad a free day. A very tired husky is a rare, and this is our delight when we pick him up from daycare. The Ruff hangover lasts through the next day too!

The worst daycare possible. I wouldn't bring my dog there even if it was free. They discriminate against breeds even though any breed can attack and bite someone. If they cared about every dog and breed they would know how to operate and make it so every dog would be able to play. Instead they take the certain breeds and keep them locked up. I was personally bit in the face my a golden retriever and had 8 stitches on my lip but you don't see them banning golden retrievers. Worst establishment. Should go out of business. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Terrible place. I have the sweetest 1 year old pit boxer mix and they would not take him just because of his breed. Would give zero stars if I could. Also the owner is extremely rude. Avoid this place!

Had a verbal miscommunication regarding the cancelation policy. My bad. I trusted her words as I understood them, instead of reading the confirmation receipt sent to my email.Fortunately for Ruff, not for me, this ended with a generous Merry Christmas for Ruff. Based on previous observation the facility is too small to accommodate the number of dogs served between day care and boarders. The outside area doesn't provide enough shade for all of the clients. Be warned, if your dog is passive, play can be a little "Ruff".

I've been bringing Lola here for 5 years. She is a regular. The staff is amazing, they care about and truly love working with the dogs. I appreciate that all the pets are current with vaccinations as that policy keeps everyone healthy.

Dolce has a great time at her meet and greet and first overnight. She’ll be calling Ruff her home away from home when she can’t travel with me.

I was very excited to take my dog here for some socializing while I was at work. But after a short interaction I had with the owner (Theresa), she seemed to me like she wanted to fight - just because I had expressed a few valid concerns. I thought about it on my drive home and decided it's best to cancel the rest of my reservations I had scheduled. She didn't seem like someone I wanted to give my money to, and it didn't seem like my dog was enjoying it anyway as I'd hoped. I signed up for Yelp because I was very curious to see what other customers had to say. It seems like all the negative reviews had the same feedback about the owner. (Rude, Nasty, Aggressive, a Fighter) Oh well. Won't be coming back.

This is an amazing facility with a caring staff. Everyone is loving and makes me feel like they are treating our dog like family. I have been using Ruff dog daycare and hotel for years and Alonzo is always eager to go back.

Can't speak to the care provided, but I can tell you that they were unwilling to make a temperament evaluation appointment for my dog on the schedule needed and simply turned away my business. I need service for a specific day in that area and they were simply unwilling to accommodate. Incidentally, our dog is a sweet, docile 12-year-old puggle. I suspect she would have passed the temperament exam with flying colors. Ah well.
