Excellent location close to amenities and just short drives to the vineyards. Very clean interiors and beautiful peaceful environment. Easy spacious parking right in front of your unit is a big plus for convenience. We felt very safe in this establishment.
Safety: Very safe community.
Food & drinks: Short 5 min drive to Oxbow Market and Walmart.

Excellent location; friendly, responsive staff. The accommodations are 'unique', but we'll kept up. The walking trail along the Napa river is a huge plus, perfect for an early morning or late afternoon jog or stroll. There is a club house, pool, activities, and outdoor grilling and lounging areas.

The place is super cozy and relaxing. You feel like you're hidden away from the noise and traffic.
Rooms: It was perfect for 2, as we were on a long motorcycle trip and needed a place to stay for the night .
Nearby activities: Wines galore.
Safety: Very safe.
Food & drinks: The downtown area is a perfect place to eat, walk, or smoke a cigar.

Only complaint, mattresses need replacing...more often. Exterminating pests more often.

You are greeted by such nice people at the front desk. The tiny house was clean and provided everything you need to cook. There is a lovely walking trail (city owned) that is behind the pool area fence. It hugs the river. It's a very quiet place. Not many people out and about. They have a laundry facility as well. Great place! We felt safe and clean here.
Rooms: One bedroom with a pull out sleeper in the living room area.
Nearby activities: 5 minute drive to Riverwalk where there are restaurants and shops.
Safety: We felt very safe.
Noteworthy details: There is a lack of garbage cans. As in no garbage cans on property. It's very clean though.

we have been owners there for quite some time and were disappointed with the overall appearance and customer service. our timeshare allots us a two bedroom and we were only able to book a studio. however the whole week we were stayed directly across from us was another 1 bedroom which was vacant the whole time. we understand that during this time it is great opportunity for revenue but edging owners out is not okay.
Nearby activities: downtown and fairgrounds
Safety: its away from the downtown area
Walkability: less than a mile from the oxbow market

I am disgusted and disappointed by the lack of professionalism I experienced with this business. Despite having paid for the room in full prior to arriving, I was required to forfeit an extra 100 USD, which they promised to return after check out. It's now been over a month since I stayed there, and it still hasn't been returned. I've sent them multiple emails and called several times. I have asked them to double check whether the transaction was ever made on their end, but they refuse. Instead, they insist it is my banks' fault, and not theirs. I suppose it is an alright place to stay if they keep their promises, but in my experience, they won't.

We are enjoying our stay at Napa RiverPointe Cottages. This is our second year staying here. Perfect location to enjoy the Napa Wine Country and great restaurants close by in the downtown area.

A beautiful, secluded getaway in the hear of Napa valley. We loved the cozy cabins and it was perfect for a family of 3. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The kitchenette has all the pots, pans, etc you would need.
Love how it feels like glamping and is affordable and so close to everything you want to do in Napa.
A great place to bring back a bottle of vino and enjoy on the patio of your cottage or drink coffee/breakfast in the morning to start your day.
Rooms: Clean, cozy rooms with a nice patio space outside.
Nearby activities: Driving distance to downtown and all the wineries.
Safety: Felt really safe. It's tucked away within it's own community.
Walkability: Not really walking distance to anything.

Torn shower curtain, smoke detector removed, crack in bathroom wall, crack in floor in bedroom, bed lumpy, kitchen light didn’t work, WiFi wouldn’t connect, exterior by front door deteriorated. Extremely disappointed. Unit 36A
Service staff very nice
