This is the best Red Wings shop in the bay. Each visit is a great experience. Brian & his team have an incredible expertise in the Red Wing brand. It's a good feeling to come in to the store knowing that you have reliable, go-to professionals that are very knowledgeable & will steer you in the right direction.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They asked me what skilled trade I was in and I let them know iron working. Most people don't really know what that is. But without saying anything else the person assisting me with getting boots was knowledgeable about us needing to have some feeling with the boot to feel where we are at on the iron. Also suggested some insoles that would help me out but not stiffen it too badly.

finally found a Red Wing location (Napa, CA) that sold me a boot that fit and was not told to stretch it out. Using great technology that told them my right foot was an H and my left foot was a EEE. They ordered me new boots and called as they stated and I love my new boots. Many years a Red Wing buyer and they all told me to buy a EE and stretch them out, painful!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the great work by Ricardo and Brian. Nice guys, knew there stuff. Helped me get fitted for a new pair of boots. Very informative, no hard sell. 10/10 positive experience. Take care of these guys because they are good at customer service.

Had my husband's Red Wing boots repaired via this store. I am not sute if they were sent to company HQ for the repair, but the repair was excellent.

Get your work boots at Westlake Shopping center's RWS. They have a new Manager. His name is Jason. Very helpful and very accommodating. I'll give it a 5 if he didn't ask (in a jestful manner) for a tip with speedy delivery of my work boots size from another RWS. I'll go back of course for my other needs - hat, socks,belts etc. patronize your local stores or you will travel far when they are gone!

Came in on a very busy Saturday afternoon just to buy a nice pair of hiking socks. The poor guy working there was the only employee in the store and he did what he could running around to each customer making sure everyone was helped, I was thoroughly impressed with his efficiency amid the s*** show. The socks worked great too!

0 stars if I could give it. Another red wing store did not have my shoe and was told Napa would have it. Traveled an hour to this place and they also did not have it but was helped by a young guy, he said he will put in an order for my size and it'll take about a week and they would call me. A week goes by I give them a call, same young guy picked up and I reminded him of my order, he remembered and said it'll be about another week so I wait again. Going into the 3rd week I call again and was greeted by a lady, she seemed confused and I can hear her talking to the young guy that originally put in my order. I said it is going on 3 weeks and asked if it usually takes this long, she said it shouldn't take that long. She puts me on hold then comes back on a couple minutes later and said they would call me back. They never called back. It was clear to me that they either never put in my order or sold the shoes to someone else. I know these things are not guaranteed but please don't waste people's time and give them the runaround. This was my first time at this napa red wing and it will be my last. Just glad I did not pay upfront. Hopefully this review helps someone or has a better experience than I did.
