Echo is fantastic. It's got good stuff for animals. It's got dog food wet food cat food, hamster food burn food. Everything you can't go wrong with this place. And they have a rewards program where you could use your number

NOT A QUEER FRIENDLY STORE Aggressively transphobic cashiers. Not a safe store for queer people. I don’t usually get upset with misgendering, it happens but after going out of her way to call me a man and “he” you could tell how deliberate it was. When a friend tried to correct on my behalf she got glared at. And then they had the audacity to ask me to sign up for their stupid rewards program.

The girls upfront were amazing. The store was a little hard to get around tons of boxes. Looks like they needed some help putting all that stuff away.

I would like a refund! My poor dog looked horrible the groomer even cut her lashes! I tried to call and ask for a refund and they hung up! Look at the before and after is on the left! Horrible horrible.

I had received a Black Friday email I forgot about until immediately after the transaction was completed. I asked the woman who rang me up if it was too late to get the 25% off and she kindly re-rang the whole thing no problem. I appreciate her doing that.
